The role is responsible for coordinating with stakeholders to identify critical business activities, evaluate process dependencies, conduct impact and risk assessments, and support the implementation of operational improvements that enhance efficiency, continuity, and risk mitigation across the organization<br>.<br>Key Responsibilities:Conduct operational risk assessments and risk analysis across business functions and processes. Facilitate Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and monitor mitigation action plans. Develop and maintain operational risk registers and risk reporting dashboards. Support the implementation and enhancement of the Operational Risk Management Framework. Perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) in accordance with ISO 22301 requirements. Support the development, testing, and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans (BCP). Coordinate with business units to identify critical processes, dependencies, and recovery requirements. Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis to identify operational vulnerabilities and control gaps. Monitor operational risk incidents, perform root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective actions. Develop and maintain risk assessment methodologies, tools, and templates. Prepare risk reports and presentations for management and relevant committees. Track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and escalate emerging risks when necessary. Support regulatory reviews, internal audits, and compliance-related assessments. Promote risk awareness and provide guidance to stakeholders on operational risk management practice<br>s.<br>Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in Operational Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Control, or Business Continuity Management. Experience within the banking, financing, or financial services sector is preferred. Professional certifications such as ISO 22301, ISO 31000, CRISC, ORM, or related certifications are an advanta<br>ge.<br>Skills & Competencies:Fluent in English (written and verbal).
