The project integrates renewable solar, wind, and storage power to produce green ammonia for global export, with operations scheduled to commence in 2026.<br>Position Summary The ASU & Utilities Control Room Operator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Air Separation Unit (ASU) production process and Utilities plants, including Air Separation Unit, GAN supply pipeline, LIN storage tanks and vaporizers, LIN loading station, CW systems, DW systems, and Instrument Air (IA) plant. The role ensures operations are carried out in accordance with company safety policies and site-specific procedures to achieve reliability, efficiency, and productivity targets while maintaining safe plant operations.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Plant Operations Operate and monitor the ASU and Utilities plants safely and reliably in accordance with NGHC standards. Supervise DCS, data acquisition, and alarm management systems, responding to both normal and abnormal operating conditions. The role provides technical expertise in Risk and BCM Management while preparing consolidated reports for NGHC Leadership, Committees, and the Board of Directors. The position also leads compliance and communication with the Audit & Finance Committee on risk reporting and ensures timely closure of Internal Audit findings.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Enterprise Risk Management Develop and implement the NGHC Risk Management Framework and strategy. Under a 25-year Utilities Concession Agreement, ACWA Power is responsible for the development, construction, operation, and eventual transfer of a fully integrated, off-grid utilities infrastructure. The project includes a 340 MWac solar PV plant combined with one of the world’s largest captive-scale battery energy storage systems (1,000–1,200 MWh), enabling 24/7 clean energy supply. In addition to renewable power, the scope covers seawater desalination (up to 32,500 m³/day), wetlands-based sewage treatment (16,000 m³/day), district cooling (32,500 RT), and zero-landfill waste management (~11,775 t/year). The role ensures safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant handling, treatment, and disposal of solid waste and wastewater in line with regulatory requirements and company standards.<br>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:1. Operations Management Oversee daily operations of solid waste collection, segregation, storage, transportation, and disposal. Manage sewage treatment plant (STP) operations including biological, chemical, and mechanical processes. نبذة عن كلية الغد للعلوم الطبية التطبيقية:مؤسسة تعليمية أهلية رائدة في المملكة العربية السعودية، تأسست عام 2009م (1430هـ)، بهدف تلبية الحاجة المتزايدة للكفاءات الوطنية المؤهلة في القطاع الصحي، وتنتشر فروع الكليات في ثماني مناطق ومدن رئيسية هي (الرياض، جدة، المدينة المنورة، الدمام، تبوك، بريدة، نجران، وأبها)، وتقدم الكليات برامج البكالوريوس في تخصصات العلوم الطبية التطبيقية، وتحظى كليات الغد باعتماد من وزارة التعليم. الشروط العامة:· أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على الدرجة العلمية المحددة للتخصص المراد التقديم عليه من الجامعات السعودية أو الجامعات الموصى بها من قبل وزارة التعليم (بعد إرفاق إثبات معادلةالشهادة من وزارة التعليم).· يجب أن يكون هناك امتداد في التخصص لوظائف المحاضرين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس.· أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على تقدير جيد فما فوق في درجة البكالوريوس.· أن تكون الدراسة لجميع المؤهلات الجامعية بنظام الانتظام الكلي.· أن يجتاز الاختبار العلمي والمقابلة الشخصية. عن الوظيفة:طبيعة العمل: دوام كلي (إداري)ساعات العمل: (48 ساعة أسبوعيًا). المزايا الوظيفية:(تحدد الرواتب والمزايا الوظيفية من خلال العرض الوظيفي في حال اجتياز المقابلة). طريقة التقديم على الشواغر الوظيفية:تقدم طلبات التوظيف إلكترونيًا من خلال الموقع الإلكتروني للكليات (https://gc.edu.sa).<br>مدة التقديم على الشواغر الوظيفية:خلال الفترة من تاريخ 16/ 09/ 2026م وحتى تاريخ 18/ 09/ 2026م. معلومات الوظيفة:المسمى الوظيفي: أخصائي إرشاد نفسينوع الوظيفي: دوام كاملمدة العقد: سنويالمؤهلات العلمية المطلوبة: يجب على المتقدمين الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص (علم النفس/ علم النفس الإرشادي/ أو أي التخصص ذات الصلة) الخبرات:- يجب على المتقدمين أن يكون لديهم خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال التخصص. المسؤوليات:· المشاركة في تنفيذ رؤية ورسالة الكلية.·تقديم جلسات استشارية فردية وجماعية للطلاب لمساعدتهم في التغلب على التحديات النفسية والعاطفية والسلوكية.· متابعة الحالات النفسية الخاصة، ووضع خطط دعم مناسبة.· مساعدة الطلاب في تطوير المهارات الشخصية والاجتماعية التي تساهم في تحسين أدائهم الأكاديمي والسلوكي.· دراسة الحالات الاجتماعية للطلاب وتقديم الدعم المناسب لهم لضمان اندماجهم في البيئة الأكاديمية.· الإشراف على البرامج الاجتماعية التي تعزز العلاقات الإيجابية بين الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس.· التنسيق مع الجمعيات والجهات الخارجية المتخصصة في الدعم الاجتماعي والنفسي لخدمة طلاب الكلية.· المساهمة في معالجة المشكلات الاجتماعية التي قد تؤثر على الأداء الأكاديمي للطلاب.· إعداد وتنفيذ برامج وورش عمل توعوية تعزز من الوعي النفسي والاجتماعي لدى الطلاب.· تنظيم حملات توعوية حول قضايا الصحة النفسية، الضغوط الدراسية، والتكيف مع الحياة الجامعية.· تطوير مبادرات لدعم الصحة النفسية الوقائية بما يتماشى مع رؤية ورسالة الكلية.· المساهمة في خلق بيئة تعليمية إيجابية تعزز من الصحة النفسية والاجتماعية لجميع منسوبي الكلية.· إعداد التقارير الدورية عن الأنشطة النفسية والاجتماعية المقدمة، ورفعها للإدارة العليا.· الاحتفاظ بسجلات سرية ومحدثة لجميع الحالات التي تتم متابعتها وفقًا للمعايير الأخلاقية والمهنية.· التعاون مع الأقسام الأكاديمية والإدارية لضمان توفير الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي الفعال.· الالتزام بسياسات ولوائح الكلية والمعايير المهنية في تقديم الخدمات النفسية والاجتماعية.· القيام بأية مهام أخرى يكلف بها في مجال اختصاصه.· المحافظة على سمعة الكلية وممتلكاتها وحفظ النظام وسلامة الطلاب.· التفرغ للعمل بالكلية.· الالتزام بكافة الأنظمة والقوانين واللوائح والتعليميات النافذة في المملكة العربية السعودية وعدم المساس بالدين أو التدخل في السياسة. المهارات:· الحصول على مؤهل البكالوريوس في التخصص المطلوب.· الحصول على تصنيف ساري من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية.· أن لا يقل المعدل التراكمي في شهادة البكالوريوس عن جيد.· أن تكون الدراسة للمؤهلات الجامعي بالانتظام الكلي.· معادلة المؤهل لخريجي الجامعات غير السعودية من وزارة التعليم.· امتلاك المهارات التنظيمية والقدرة على ترتيب المهام.· خبرة في تقديم الجلسات الإرشادية النفسية والاجتماعية ومتابعة الحالات الخاصة.· خبرة في تصميم وتنفيذ البرامج التوعوية والوقائية. المهارات الشخصية:· التعاطف والقدرة على تقديم الدعم العاطفي الفعّال.· النزاهة والمصداقية في التعامل مع المعلومات السرية.· مهارات عالية في التواصل الفعّال وبناء العلاقات.· القدرة على التعامل مع القضايا النفسية والاجتماعية الحساسة بسرية تامة.· مهارات الاستماع النشط وحل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات المناسبة.· القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات.· إجادة استخدام برامج الحاسب الآلي والتقنيات الحديثة في تقديم الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي.· الصبر والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.· روح المبادرة والابتكار في تقديم الحلول المناسبة.· المرونة في التواصل والتعاملات.
