<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>Support daily factory production activities and ensure smooth workflow execution across all manufacturing stages</p></li><li><p>Prepare and monitor daily production schedules in coordination with Production Management and Project teams</p></li><li><p>Optimize production processes, machine utilization, and manpower allocation to improve operational efficiency</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and supervise CNC cutting, GI duct fabrication, Fire Rated Ductwork, and Pre-Insulated / PIR / Phenolic duct production activities</p></li><li><p>Ensure production activities comply with SMACNA / DW144 / UL181 standards (where applicable)</p></li><li><p>Monitor production quality, dimensional accuracy, and fabrication standards to minimize defects and rework</p></li><li><p>Track material usage, wastage, and production output, and report variances to management</p></li><li><p>Assist in troubleshooting production issues, machine breakdowns, and process bottlenecks</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Maintenance, and QA/QC teams to ensure uninterrupted production flow</p></li><li><p>Support implementation of lean manufacturing, process improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, PPE usage, and Saudi regulatory standards within the production area</p></li><li><p>Maintain production records, machine logs, and daily progress reports</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering</p></li><li><p>3–5 years’ experience in HVAC duct manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with CNC cutting machines and duct fabrication processes</p></li><li><p>Experience in GI ducting, Fire Rated Ductwork, and PIR / Phenolic duct systems is preferred</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with SMACNA / DW144 fabrication standards</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of production planning and manufacturing workflows</p></li><li><p>Experience with ERP systems and production reporting tools is an advantage</p></li><li><p>GCC experience will be an added advantage</p><br></li></ul><p><strong>Key Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Production process optimization</p></li><li><p>CNC machine coordination</p></li><li><p>HVAC duct fabrication knowledge</p></li><li><p>Quality control & compliance</p></li><li><p>Material and wastage monitoring</p></li><li><p>Production planning & reporting</p></li><li><p>Technical problem-solving</p></li><li><p>Team coordination and communication</p></li><li><p>Lean manufacturing awareness</p></li><li><p>Time management and multitasking</p><br></li></ul><p><strong>Performance KPIs:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Daily production target achievement</p></li><li><p>Production efficiency & machine utilization</p></li><li><p>Quality defect & rework reduction</p></li><li><p>Material wastage / scrap control</p></li><li><p>On-time completion of production schedules</p></li><li><p>Downtime reduction & process improvement</p></li><li><p>Compliance with safety and quality standards</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
