Auto CAD layout planning, Involves on master planning and concept development
EPC management of greenfield manufacturing projects
Civil, Structural, MEP and industrial infrastructure project management
Manufacturing equipment procurement, installation and commissioning
CAPEX planning, budgeting and cost estimation
Coordination of automotive plant construction and project execution activities
BOQ and specification preparation, vendor evaluation and PO finalization
Stakeholder coordination, project monitoring and project delivery
Desired Candidate Profile
BE/ B Tech in Civil / Structural Engineering with 08-12yrs of relevant project experience
Experience working in KSA, UAE, GCC countries or India will be preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD is Mandatory
Strong Skill in MS Project, MS Office, SketchUp and construction relevant software will be an added advantages.
Strong understanding of budgeting, cost estimation, specifications, current industry best practices and project cost breakdown
Willing to travel as per project requirements
