Job Overview:We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Marketing Manager with strong hands-on experience in real estate marketing and digital performance. The successful candidate will lead the marketing function and align marketing strategies and campaigns with sales objectives, project priorities, and available real estate inventory. We are looking for a commercially driven, data-focused professional who can manage multiple projects and campaigns while delivering measurable results in lead quality, visits, bookings, contracts, and return on marketing investment.<br>Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies for completed residential projects and off-plan developments. Manage a multidisciplinary marketing team covering content, graphic design, and call-center activities. Develop targeted marketing plans and content for each project based on the product, price, location, and target audience. Manage project launches, exhibitions, open days, events, and other promotional activities. Analyze competitors, pricing, market offers, and Saudi real estate trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Prepare weekly and monthly reports and dashboards covering marketing spend, lead quality, visits, bookings, contracts, and return on investment. Work with sales, technology, and CRM teams to ensure accurate lead-source tracking and campaign attribution through the final sale.
