The role will oversee project measurement and cost control, ensure budget compliance, manage variation assessments, and provide accurate and timely cost reporting to project leadership. The role ensures that new and existing team members receive a smooth and welcoming living experience, from pre-arrival accommodation arrangements and airport transportation to settling into their assigned units and completing essential onboarding and government-related requirements. The position also acts as a key point of coordination between the People & Capabilities team, Amaala/RSG accommodation management, transportation providers, and employee dining services, ensuring that team members’ living needs are addressed efficiently, professionally, and with a high level of care.<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate with the Amaala/RSG accommodation team to request and allocate suitable housing units for new and existing team members and ensure accurate accommodation records are maintained.
