Centralized Coordination: o Act as the primary liaison between the Sales & Leasing PU and the operational teams for Residential, Office, Retail, and Land Asset Class Business Units.<br> o Ensure seamless communication and collaboration, addressing gaps in centralized support.<br> o Contribute to cross-functional working groups and forums, driving decision-making and progress tracking.<br> 3. Policy and Procedure Alignment: o Ensure the adoption of standardized policies, procedures, and templates across asset classes to maintain consistency and compliance.<br> o Provide input on the development of tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency.<br> o Contribute to the development of go-to-market frameworks, processes, and performance enablers.<br> 4. Market Insights and Data-Driven Decision Making: o Parter with the Market Analysis Manager to leverage market data and trends to deliver actionable insights on market trends and competitor benchmarks to inform sales and leasing strategies across RRO&L.<br> o Use competitive analysis and economic conditions and drivers to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.<br> Operational Responsibilities 1.<br> Customer Journey Oversight: o Support Customer Service Operation in the oversight of the customer journey for each asset class.<br> 2. Digital Tools and CRM Management: o Support the Customer Service Operations Team in implementing and ensuring the correct use of the CRM and other digital tools tailored to the needs of Residential, Office, Retail, and Land operations.<br> o Ensure effective adoption and utilization of these tools by operational teams.<br> o Proactively support in recommending additional tools that will enable Asset Class Business Units to meet their targeted KPI’s.<br> 3. <p>Inhaled Medical Lead - BioPharma Business Unit</p><p>Our continuous mission is to transform the lives of people living with Chronic non communicable disease, through the development and delivery of innovative medicine, as well as supportive technologies and healthcare services. In the Saudi Arabia we are building up a dedicated AZ BioPharma Business Unit (AZ BBU) to support the Millions of patients suffering from conditions in therapy areas like Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolisom. As we continue to strenghthen our leadship position and acelerate our new pipeline launching, we seek a Inhaled Portfolio (Asthma and COPD) Lead to join our Medical Affairs team in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Inhaled Portfolio Medical Lead reports to the KSA BBU Medical Director and member of the KSA BBU Medical Affairs Leadership team.
