Job Purpose Leads the overall procurement planning and activities related to ARDARA projects in order to fulfill the supply requirement of the projects in timely, quality compliant and cost-effective manner. As such, the role calls for a close interface with the project’s delivery management.<br>Key Accountabilities Job-Specific Accountabilities Procurement Management Develop, along with the project management team, the procurement execution plan across lifecycle and stages of the project and monitors and evaluates thereafter the execution and progress of such plan. Manager various project(s) procurement activities including implementation of approved purchasing and contracting policies and procedures, supplier sourcing, auditing, evaluating and documentation in accordance with defined cost and quality standards. Role Overview
<p>We're looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HCM Consultant to join a client engagement in Riyadh. This is a short-term, on-site contract for someone who can hit the ground running from day one.</p><br>
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Support and configure Oracle EBS HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, OTL, or similar confirm exact scope with client)</li>
<li>Troubleshoot functional issues and work with technical teams on fixes/enhancements</li>
<li>Gather requirements and translate into system configuration</li>
<li>Support testing, UAT, and go-live activities as needed</li>
<li>Liaise with client stakeholders on-site in Riyadh</li>

Requirements

<li>Proven 5+ years of experience as Oracle EBS HCM Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant</li>
<li>Hands-on config experience in relevant EBS HCM modules</li>
<li>Techno-functional candidates: working knowledge of PL/SQL, Personalization, or OAF/reports a plus</li>
<li>Available to start immediately</li>
<li>Willing and able to relocate/work on-site in Riyadh, KSA for the contract duration</li>
<li>Saudi labor market/visa eligibility (or ability to secure quickly) confirm with candidate</li>
