This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SMB AI Power User — Competitive Evaluations based in Saudi Arabia.

As an SMB AI Power User, you’ll help evaluate how AI assistants perform against the real-world needs of small and medium-sized businesses. You’ll use your own business experience and daily workflows as a practical testing environment, comparing competing AI tools side by side. Your work will cover marketing, customer communication, research, pricing, scheduling, content creation, and other everyday business tasks. You’ll identify where AI assistants succeed, where they fall short, and which limitations could affect paying business users. The role combines hands-on business operations, structured testing, and detailed technical reporting. It’s an independent, output-focused opportunity for someone who already relies heavily on generative AI in their professional life.

Accountabilities

Run head-to-head prompts and multi-turn workflows across AI assistants, using realistic tasks drawn from small-business operations and marketing. Build and maintain a library of practical SMB test cases covering advertising copy, content planning, customer communications, competitor research, pricing, scheduling, bookkeeping, and related workflows. Test AI capabilities across social media and commerce environments as well as standalone conversational interfaces. Identify and document failure modes, including inaccurate responses, unnecessary refusals, poor instruction-following, tone issues, brand-unsafe content, formatting problems, lost context, and unusable image or video outputs. Produce clear, reproducible evaluation reports detailing the prompts used, AI model and interface, expected results, actual results, severity, and business impact. Compare the value delivered by bundled AI subscriptions with competing paid AI assistants based on realistic business use cases and comparable costs. Evaluate AI tools from the perspective of a real paying business user, focusing on practical usefulness rather than purely technical performance. Maintain a consistent weekly delivery cadence while working independently against defined evaluation criteria.

Requirements

Current or recent experience as the owner, founder, sole proprietor, or day-to-day operator of a small or medium-sized business, ideally with approximately 1–200 employees. Daily, habitual use of generative AI tools for both business operations and marketing; occasional or experimental AI use is not sufficient. Hands-on management of a business presence on Instagram and Facebook, including posts, Stories, Reels, comments, and customer messages. Practical experience creating, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms using real advertising budgets. Based in the United States and authorized to work there, according to the original role requirements. Availability to complete the agreed deliverables and workload, potentially up to 40 hours per week. Exceptional written English, with the ability to explain AI failures clearly and precisely enough for an engineer to reproduce them without additional clarification. Strong analytical and observational skills, with an ability to distinguish meaningful product limitations from minor inconsistencies. Comfortable working independently, following structured evaluation criteria, documenting findings, and consistently meeting weekly output expectations. Experience with paid AI subscriptions such as Chat GPT Plus/Pro, Claude Pro/Max, Gemini Advanced, or similar is a plus. Experience using multiple AI assistants simultaneously and comparing their practical strengths and limitations is advantageous. Familiarity with AI automations, agents, APIs, no-code integrations, custom GPTs, or similar tools is a plus. Previous experience in model evaluation, red teaming, data annotation, quality assurance, or structured user research is beneficial. UI/UX Designer — B8ak
Location: Khobar, Saudi Arabia or Remote Team: Product Type: Full-time Location: On-site in Khobar, but we are open to hire the right talent to work remotely.
About B8ak B8ak is a home services marketplace in Saudi Arabia. Customers book cleaning and maintenance through our app and web platform; thousands of vetted service professionals pick up that work and get paid through us. We've served well over 180,000 customers since launch, and the business runs on high frequency — our customers come back often, which means every friction point in the booking flow shows up in the numbers quickly.
The role You'll own the end-to-end experience of a two-sided marketplace: the customer booking a cleaner for Thursday morning, and the technician managing their day's jobs. These are very different users with very different constraints, and the product only works when both sides do. This is a hands-on design role with real ownership. You'll work directly with Product, Engineering, Growth and Operations, and you'll see the impact of your work in conversion and repeat-booking data within weeks.
What you'll do
Design flows, screens and components for the B8ak customer app, service-provider app, and web platform — from first sketch to production-ready specs Own the booking funnel: service selection, scheduling, address and basket, checkout. Reducing drop-off here is the single highest-leverage design problem we have. Optimize the booking funnel to yield better conversion page-to-page. Improve the first-time-to-repeat experience — onboarding, post-service follow-up, rebooking and loyalty surfaces. Design for the provider side: job acceptance, scheduling, navigation, earnings and ratings. Build and maintain our design system across Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR), i OS, Android and web Run usability sessions with Saudi customers and with service professionals in the field, and turn what you learn into concrete design changes. Partner with Growth on A/B tests — basket size, pricing presentation, lifecycle messaging — and design the variants properly rather than as afterthoughts. Work with engineers through implementation and QA so what ships matches what was designed. Full understanding of agile development and JIRA work environment.
What we're looking for4+ years designing digital products, with at least 2 years on consumer mobile apps. A portfolio showing shipped work, with clear reasoning about the problem, the constraints and the outcome — not just polished screens Strong command of Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout and prototyping Real experience designing bilingual Arabic/English products with proper RTL handling. This is not a nice-to-have for us. Comfort with data: you can read a funnel, form a hypothesis about where users are struggling, and design against it. Working knowledge of i OS and Android platform conventions and what is realistic to build Fluency in Arabic and English. Strong AI fluency to expedite deliverables.
Bonus points Marketplace, on-demand, delivery or logistics experience. Experience designing for field workers or blue-collar users, especially on low-end devices and patchy connections. Familiarity with lifecycle and CRM tools (Web Engage, Braze, Clever Tap). Service design or operations-facing tooling experience. Motion design, or front-end familiarity (HTML/CSS).
What we offer A product used every day by households across the Kingdom, with immediate and visible impact. Design ownership of a core surface rather than ticket-taking. A fast team where decisions get made in days, not quarters. Competitive salary, medical insurance, and standard Saudi benefits. On-site work with great work environment in Khobar city, we are also open to hire remotely with the right talents.
