We're Hiring: Factory Production Manager — Exhibition & Events (Riyadh)
We are looking for a hands-on Factory Production Manager to take full ownership of our exhibition and events fabrication floor in Riyadh. This is a role for a proven operator who lives in the factory, drives output, and solves problems before they reach the client. About the Role
You will run the entire production operation end-to-end — from engineering and shop drawings through joinery, metal, acrylic, printing and finishing, to final QC and dispatch. You'll be the person who keeps the floor moving, the costs controlled, and the deadlines met on high-pressure event and exhibition builds.
Key Responsibilities Take full charge of the production floor and technical operations, from engineering hand-off through fabrication, finishing, and dispatch out of the factory. Plan and schedule production across concurrent projects, allocating manpower, machinery, and materials efficiently. Enforce quality control, safety, and finishing standards through to final inspection and dispatch. Work closely with project management, procurement, and design teams to keep every build on scope, on budget, and on schedule.
Requirements Minimum 7 years' experience managing exhibition and events fabrication factories, ideally in Riyadh / KSA. Full technical command across joinery, metal, acrylic, printing, and technical engineering. Proven ability to optimise production, reduce cost, and deliver under demanding event deadlines. Strong leadership presence on the floor with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
