SUMMARYThe Warehouse Manager is the person in charge for all Warehouses of the company in the country. He needs to ensure that the business lines are provided with the materials, equipment, and spare parts required to keep the operations running. He needs to ensure a proper receiving, issuance, storage and distribution of all items under his control. Furthermore, he supervises the auxiliary staff in the Warehouse and provides support to the other departments. JOB DESCRIPTION - PROJECT MANAGER<br>The Project Manager is a senior leader responsible for overseeing all activities before the construction phase of a project begins. This includes managing the project design process, ensuring alignment with the Client’s cost plan, securing the necessary relevant statutory approvals and coordinating with the Client to manage the tender process until awarding the contract. The role ends at commencing the construction project at site.<br>Responsibilities:<br>· Project Management:- Oversee the successful completion of assigned preconstruction projects, managing financials, risk management, and client relations throughout the preconstruction phase.- Execute and manage design projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.- Ensure that all design work meets high-quality standards and adheres to industry best practices.<br>· Team Coordination:- Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members, clients, architects, and subcontractors.- Collaborate with design teams, clients, and stakeholders to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.<br>· Resource Management:- Allocate design resources effectively and monitor project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.<br>· Planning & Scheduling:- Establish baseline program to cover design, tendering process and authorities permitting.- Monitor the progress of all stages and report delay risks to the client and project team and adopt necessary mitigation measures.<br>· Documentation:- Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and reports for stakeholders to track progress and outcomes.- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure efficient implementation of the applicable document management systems.<br><br>· Budgeting and Estimating:- Assist in developing and managing project budgets, preparing estimates, and monitoring design scope for changes affecting budget and schedule.
