The successful candidate will oversee operational excellence while driving profitability, client satisfaction, and strategic expansion across a diverse real estate portfolio. Drive sustainable revenue growth while protecting profitability and operational efficiency. Develop and execute business development strategies to secure new mandates and expand existing client relationships. Oversee property management, leasing, brokerage, and facilities management governance across multiple portfolios. Ensure operational excellence through KPI monitoring, SLA compliance, reporting, and governance. Lead contract mobilization, operational transitions, and service delivery improvements. Strengthen compliance, risk management, audit readiness, and regulatory adherence. Build, mentor, and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams. Establish best practices, operational standards, and scalable processes. Collaborate with executive stakeholders to support long-term business objectives. Ideal Candidate We are particularly interested in senior professionals who bring:12–20 years of experience within the real estate industry. Extensive leadership experience managing large-scale real estate operations. Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L ownership. Demonstrated success in property management, leasing, brokerage, and facilities management oversight. Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across complex portfolios. Strong business development, client relationship management, and account growth capabilities. Experience working within Saudi Arabia or the GCC market is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA, EMBA, MSc, RICS, IREM, or equivalent international professional qualifications are highly preferred. Fluent English communication skills. Preferred Candidate Profile Western national with international real estate leadership experience. Executive presence with strong stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker capable of driving operational transformation and commercial growth. Results-oriented leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
