We are currently looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our team.<br>The role will be reporting to a Product Manager.<br>Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia<br>Responsibilities Capture, clarify and translate customer needs into actionable product requirements that reduce ambiguity and improve delivery readiness. Own and maintain the Scrum team backlog, ensuring priorities, user stories and acceptance criteria are clear, current and ready for sprint planning. Define functional and integration requirements that support customer outcomes, operational efficiency and product roadmap objectives. Analyze requirements and recommend scalable solutions that balance business value, technical feasibility and long-term maintainability. Own assigned business domain modules, aligning stakeholders on documented solutions that support consistent implementation and reuse. Lead delivery activities from inception to go-live, coordinating analysts, developers and stakeholders to support on-time, quality releases. Mentor business analysts and development teams to improve Agile delivery practices, requirement quality and solution consistency. Prepare and maintain functional specifications, solution documentation and support materials that enable stakeholder approval and efficient development. Define test scenarios, validate delivered functionality and provide business acceptance to improve release quality and reduce defects. Create workflows, interface designs and mock-ups that accelerate solution validation and improve user understanding. Investigate operational incidents and defects, identify root causes and support corrective actions to improve system stability. Build and maintain test libraries that strengthen manual and automated regression coverage.<br>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<br>Experience of working on Air Cargo management systems and expert level knowledge in the domain the Air Cargo workflow (sales/operations) Knowledge of industry inter-system message formats, rules and applications Excellent written and oral communications skills in English Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases and reporting applications Knowledge of all common PC software Knowledge of external interfacing systems Systematic approach to handling problems under pressure as part of a small team. Knowledge in user experience (UX) Knowledge of RESTful APIs. Knowledge of integration testing of APIs using tools like Swagger, Postman. Knowledge of creation of API documentation using YAML specifications. Creatively analytical, out of the box thinkers who can backup ideas their ideas with research Team players who are comfortable collaborating with graphic designers, web architects and the clients themselves Knowledge in prototyping use of any wire framing tool. Experience in using any wire framing tools such as Invision, Marvel, Proto.io, Framer, Axure. The Field Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant round-the-clock operation of the hydrogen production plant and all associated units. This role involves extensive field work, including equipment monitoring, routine checks, startup/shutdown activities, and first-line troubleshooting to ensure production targets are met.<br><br>Principal Accountabilities<br><br>Safety, Health & Environment<br><br>Maintain a safe & stable environment. Demonstrate leadership with all Company & Industry safe work processes to prevent all injuries. Ensure proper documentation is maintained for safety related activities. Strictly adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures, permit-to-work systems (Hot Work, Confined Space Entry), and safe work practices. Participate in and understand Process Hazard Analyses (PHA). Monitor and maintain safety-critical equipment and interlocks. Ensure compliance with process safety, MOC’s, and OPHR requirements. Be a certified first responder for plant emergencies, including firefighting, gas leaks, and emergency shutdowns (ESD). Operate firewater monitors and other emergency equipment. Ensure all operations comply with environmental permits. Prevent and contain chemical spills. Maintain constant vigilance for hazards. Ensure the safety of all operations personnel by utilizing the BHIG Basic Safety Practice program<br><br>Technical & Operations<br><br>Operate the Steam Methane Reformer based hydrogen plant with CO2 Removal section & CO2 compression, PSA with Tail Gas compression, Membrane Unit and related utilities as prescribed by the Work Instruction Procedures Operate the pipeline network to supply Hydrogen, steam and CO2 to customers’ pipelines safely and efficiently. Ensure BHIG standards, and global best practices for EH&S, productivity, reliability, quality, and overall customer services are met. Meet the customer’s requirements regarding safety, reliability, product quality, and flexibility regarding product supply. Maintain customer communications and relationships at the ‘field’ level, ensuring customer demand rates are satisfied while maximizing the efficiency and profitability of the facility. Follow the Site Work Instruction Manuals for production & supply of Product H2, CO2 & Steam along with other operating and maintenance procedures and checklists to meet the customer’s satisfaction with safety, reliability, product quality, and flexibility of product supply while compliance with requirements. Constantly monitor all process variables (flows, temperatures, pressures, levels, analytical values) by regular field rounds. Conduct detailed and timely field rounds to inspect all equipment using sight, sound, smell and by monitoring local gauges and indicators. Make local adjustments to valves, dampers, and controllers as required to maintain process parameters within defined limits. Collect routine process samples from designated points. Execute the detailed start up sequence for the entire plant or individual units/loops form a cold condition, warm condition or hot stand by condition, ensuring a smooth & safe transition to full load normal operations. Assist in the commissioning activities of the facility. Actively participate in plant startup and shutdown sequences as per detailed procedures. Maintain constant communication with DCS Operator & Shift Supervisor, providing instructions for equipment adjustments, isolations and rounds. Liaise with the maintenance team to co-ordinate equipment preparation for maintenance (isolation, purging & blinding) and safe taking equipment back in line. Conduct detailed and accurate shift handovers with incoming operators, highlighting any abnormalities, ongoing work and special instruction. Maintain accurate and timely logs of operating parameters, significant events and production data. Fully accountable to ensure his logs are accurate. Identify the root cause of process deviations and equipment malfunction. Work with engineers to implement long-term solutions. Suggest and participate in operational improvements and de-bottlenecking projects to enhance safety, reliability and profitability. Ensure compliance with all CM, PM tasks & Environmental Regulatory requirements. Support and prepare for Shutdown Planning and Turnaround Planning. Provide coaching and motivation with the new joiner’s field operators. Provide operations support and participate in investigations and Root Cause Analysis to identify & implement sustainable corrective actions. Execute other duties as assigned by reporting managers in a timely and efficient manner. Execute operating directives from the Panel Operator to optimize plant performance.<br><br>Minimum Requirements And Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Chemical Process Operations with 5 years’ experience preferred. An Associate Technical Degree (2-year certificate) will be considered based on years of experience and competence. Experience in Field Operation, with minimum of 5 years in SMR based Hydrogen or Ammonia or Methanol or Syngas plant as Field Operator. Strong understanding of SMR process, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, furnaces, and rotating equipment (especially compressors). Strong mechanical aptitude and practical troubleshooting skills. Wide technical knowledge in operations, engineering, and maintenance activities Ability to maintain high level of awareness and make sound decisions under pressure. Strong problem solving and diagnostic abilities. Clear, concise and effective verbal and written communication. Proficiency in English speaking and writing. Able to communicate between operations and maintenance teams. HYCO Lead Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient and stable operation of the entire Hydrogen Manufacturing Unit from a centralized control room using DCS. This includes monitoring, controlling and optimizing to meet production targets, quality specifications and environmental regulations. This includes actively supporting plant performance, process optimization and production stability while maintaining strong focus on safety & compliance. The HYCO Lead Operator will execute daily tasks which include preparing and implementing safety work permits, LOTO, completing operations preventative maintenance activities, and assist the maintenance and engineering teams in preparing and executing corrective maintenance activities. Lead operator will handle the Shift lead responsibility in absence of Shift supervisor ensuring the business continuity.<br><br>Principal Accountabilities<br><br>Safety, Health & Environment<br><br>Maintain a safe & stable environment. Meet the customer’s requirements regarding safety, reliability, product quality, and flexibility regarding product supply. Constantly monitor all process variables (flows, temperatures, pressures, levels, analytical values) via DCS to ensure they are within defined operating limits. Manipulate control loops, setpoints and cascades to maintain sable operations of all integrated units. Use historical data and trends to predict equipment performance degradation, identify inefficiencies and prevent potential trips and failures. Execute & supervise the detailed start up sequence for the entire plant or individual units/loops form a cold condition, warm condition or hot stand by condition, ensuring a smooth & safe transition to full load normal operations. Assist in the commissioning activities of the facility Maintain constant communication with field operators, providing instructions for equipment adjustments, isolations and rounds. Liaise with the maintenance team to co-ordinate equipment preparation for maintenance (isolation, purging & blinding) and safe taking equipment back in line. Experience in DCS Operation & Field Operation, with minimum of 5 years’ Lead DCS Operations Experience in SMR based Hydrogen or Ammonia or Methanol or Syngas plant as DCS Operator. Proficiency with DCS platforms (e.g. Yokogawa Centum VP, Siemens PCS 7) Deep understanding of Chemical Engineering Principles, thermodynamics and process control. Wide technical knowledge in operations, engineering, and maintenance activities Ability to maintain high level of awareness and make sound decisions under pressure. Strong problem solving and diagnostic abilities. Clear, concise and effective verbal and written communication. Proficiency in English speaking and writing. <ol><li><p>Assemble luxury watches including movements, dials, hands, crowns, crystals and straps.</p></li><li><p>Conduct quality inspections, calibration and final product testing.</p></li><li><p>Install and verify NFC authentication components where applicable.</p></li><li><p>Support engraving and final product preparation.</p></li><li><p>Inspect watches before packaging and dispatch.</p></li><li><p>Ensure every watch complies with the required Quality Inspection Checklist.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accountability for watch movements, spare parts, tools and consumables.</p></li><li><p>Support prototype development and new collection launches.</p></li><li><p>Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety and confidentiality of proprietary designs and production methods.</p></li><li><p>Maintain production records using <strong>MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Support continuous improvement initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Train junior technicians when required.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p><strong>8–10+ years of experience</strong> in luxury watch assembly/manufacturing.</p></li><li><p>Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in <strong>Watch Repair, Horology, Precision Engineering or equivalent</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong hands-on experience in watch assembly and production.</p></li><li><p>Experience with quality inspection and final product testing.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of production documentation and MS Office.</p></li><li><p>Candidates with luxury watch manufacturing/assembly experience will be preferred.</p></li></ol>
