Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide a team of refrigeration technicians, ensuring efficient and safe execution of maintenance and repair tasks on complex commercial refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate refrigeration system failures, applying advanced technical knowledge to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all refrigeration equipment, minimizing downtime and extending operational lifespan.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards, including proper handling of refrigerants and hazardous materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong theoretical foundation.
• Hold a valid EPA Section 608 Universal Certification, signifying expertise in refrigerant handling and regulations.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in commercial refrigeration, with a proven track record of complex system troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting complex mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
