We are looking for experienced Production Technicians Semi-Finishing with hands-on experience in tyre manufacturing. Candidates should have experience in calendering, extrusion, 0 reinforcement, bead or filler/APEX operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor semi-finishing production equipment.
- Produce tyre components according to defined production specifications.
- Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, gauge and material application.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments and changeovers.
- Conduct in-process quality checks.
- Identify production defects and machine/process abnormalities.
- Maintain production and quality records.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Production teams.
- Follow SOPs, safety, PPE, 5S and housekeeping standards.

Experience: 710 years Age: 25 35 years Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Electrical / Mechatronics or relevant technical discipline
