Advise leadership team on the most suitable design consultant candidates through initial outreach, RFP development, contract execution and contract administration in coordination with the Design Director. Provide support to development project teams in the development of design strategies in order to ensure efficient completion of project as and when needed. Provide support to the design, development and construction teams regarding the development schedules, budgets and plans. Ensure periodic internal design reviews in order to ensure alignment with overall plan and take corrective actions when needed. Review design related deliverables and provide recommendations as and when needed in order to ensure compliance with quality standards and achievement of strategic objectives. Master s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field preferred. 7 years of experience in design management, architecture, urban planning, master planning, or large-scale mixed-use development projects. Knowledge of master planning, urban design guidelines, design governance frameworks, and design quality assurance processes. Excellent consultant management and negotiation capabilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously</p>
