Configure and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco IP Phones. Perform upgrades, migrations, patch management, and system health checks for voice and recording platforms. Monitor system performance and proactively resolve voice quality, recording, and archiving issues. Ensure compliance with organizational policies related to call recording retention and security. Integrate DGVox with supported telephony platforms and storage solutions. Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities for voice and recording environments. Troubleshoot SIP, SCCP, H.323, and voice gateway issues. Configure and maintain Cisco voice gateways, CUBE, and SIP trunks.
