Get latest quotations from the approved suppliers.</p></li><li><p>Get prices from subcontractors, if any portion of the project is to be subcontracted.</p></li><li><p>Prepares cost summaries for the entire project, this includes Direct &amp; Indirect cost such as materials, equipment, labor costs, taxes, insurance, sub-contractor’s price etc. and any other costs required for the project as per prevailing system in the company and project requirement.</p></li><li><p>Get the cost summary reviewed from the Estimation Manager and incorporate the comments after review.</p></li><li><p>Prepare a proposed execution schedule including material delivery plan. The level of execution schedule to be prepared will be depend on the client requirement.
