Aramco Total Satorp announces a job opening for Organizational Development Specialist

Scope of work:

  • Work as the company expert in areas of organizational structure, job design, job description preparation, and job evaluation.
  • Provide professional advice and recommendations to all company departments regarding organizational design and development of the job structure.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Design, develop, and update the company’s organizational structure.
  • Provide specialized recommendations related to organizational structure design, including management hierarchy, job titles, reporting lines, and number of incumbents per position.
  • Conduct organizational studies and analyses to identify current problems such as task overlap, duplication of work, and organizational efficiency weaknesses.
  • Assess the impact of changes in the organizational structure on institutional performance efficiency and current job functions.
  • Develop and analyze organizational effectiveness metrics at different levels of the company, coordinating with relevant entities to collect, verify, and report data.
  • Conduct benchmarking with other companies to contribute to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational design.
  • Perform a comprehensive job analysis and understand the nature of work to determine job levels accurately.
  • Prepare and update job descriptions for all company positions, ensuring alignment with the nature of work and ongoing updates.
  • Implement job evaluation and classification processes using approved methodologies and tools, and develop benchmark jobs to support evaluation decisions.
  • Manage the company’s job evaluation system and supervise the classification of all jobs.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives reviewing job evaluation, including organizing meetings, collecting data, validating evaluation results, and providing specialized training.
  • Participate in periodic compensation studies conducted by independent advisory firms, including job matching and data collection and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain technical and professional career paths within the company, and support the Training and Professional Development Management in identifying the competencies required for each job.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and external entities implementing organizational design, job description, and job evaluation projects.
  • Provide guidance and direction to HR staff in organizational design, job analysis, job description, and job evaluation areas.
  • Execute any other tasks assigned by the HR Policies and Planning Supervisor.

Educational qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines:
    • Human Resources.
    • Business Administration.
    • Or equivalent.

Experience required:

  • Experience of at least 6 years in organizational design and job evaluation.
  • Must have at least two years of experience in a similar position.
