Coordinate with operations teams, maintenance personnel, supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives on all QHSE-related matters. Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi regulations, company standards, client requirements, and project-specific QHSE procedures. Monitor PPE compliance, work-at-height activities, electrical safety practices, housekeeping standards, waste management processes, emergency preparedness, and permit-to-work controls. Support internal and external audits and assist in closing audit findings within agreed timelines. Promote a proactive safety culture and maintain high standards of QHSE discipline across all site teams. Provide regular QHSE performance updates and recommendations to management to support continuous improvement initiatives.<br>Required Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in QHSE/HSE roles. Previous experience in Facilities Management (FM), Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Operations & Maintenance (O&M), maintenance services, building services, or large operational project environments is required. In this role, you will play a central role in connecting site logistics, asset readiness, and stakeholder alignment across major construction activities. This role is designed for someone who can bring structure to fast-moving environments, support smooth coordination between delivery teams, and help ensure that assets transition into operations with clarity, accuracy, and accountability.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Plan site logistics strategies for the movement of materials, equipment, and personnel to avoid congestion and delays.</li><li>Coordinate vendor and contractor deliveries to align with the master construction schedule.</li><li>Manage staging areas, laydown yards, and storage spaces to ensure safe, accurate, and accessible material handling.</li><li>Support resource mobilization by coordinating the movement of heavy equipment and site tools across construction phases.</li><li>Act as the liaison between the client, PMCM team, and contractors to align delivered assets with long-term operational expectations.</li><li>Oversee asset handover by ensuring assets are tagged, registered, and documented within client asset management systems.</li><li>Maintain accurate asset data and status tracking to provide a single source of truth across stakeholders.</li><li>Resolve interface and boundary issues between contractors, work areas, and systems to prevent operational silos and project delays.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture or Engineering. 10+ years of experience coordinating logistics activities on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. Experience managing asset handover, including tagging and registration, and handing over manuals, warranties, and certificates into the client's asset management system, such as CMMS or BIM models. Familiarity with CMMS, BIM platforms, or client asset management systems for data tracking. Strong knowledge of asset handover processes, tagging standards, and documentation control. Experience resolving cross-functional coordination issues and managing stakeholder interfaces across clients, contractors, and PMCM teams. Professional proficiency in English. Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer. Professional proficiency in Arabic is a plus.</p><p></p></section>

Monitor and evaluate the implementation of health, safety, and environmental arrangements at the project site to ensure compliance with legal, client, and company standards. Review and approve contractors health, safety, and environmental plans, risk assessments, and method statements (RAMS) before work commencement, ensuring alignment with legal and client requirements. Conduct regular HSE inspections and audits, ensuring all findings are documented and corrective/preventive actions are effectively implemented and closed out. Initiate, coordinate, and test emergency response plans, ensuring scheduled drills are conducted as per project performance standards and legal requirements. Follow up on contractors incident investigations, verifying root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures to prevent recurrence. Provide technical HSE guidance and support to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement in safety performance. Conduct regular HSE meetings, toolbox talks, and workshops to promote safety awareness and engagement at all levels. Assist in liaising with regulatory and enforcement authorities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and requirements. Prepare and submit accurate and detailed monthly HSE reports, capturing key performance indicators (KPIs), incidents, and safety initiatives. Promote a strong safety culture through visible leadership, proactive risk management, and engagement with site personnel. Monitor and evaluate environmental aspects and impacts, ensuring compliance with sustainability and environmental management requirements. Assist in developing and delivering HSE training sessions for employees, supervisors, and contractors to enhance competency and awareness Track and analyze HSE performance trends, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
