Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Construction Director to lead delivery of the East Stand at the Prince Mohammed Bin Salman (MBS) Stadium, one of the flagship venues within Qiddiya City and a confirmed host for the 2034 FIFA World Cup. Perched on the Tuwaiq cliff at a height of 200 metres, the stadium presents a uniquely demanding construction environment, and the East Stand forms a critical structural element of the three-tiered seating bowl, requiring rigorous management of complex concrete and structural works executed alongside sheer cliffside conditions.<br><br>Reporting into the wider Project Delivery leadership, the Construction Director will take end-to-end ownership of the East Stand build, from substructure and piling through to superstructure and finishes, ensuring the works are delivered safely, to specification, and in line with programme and cost targets. Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved IFC drawings, project specifications, Method Statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
