الوصف الوظيفيإعداد جداول التسليح (ASD & BBS): إجادة استخدام برنامج Auto CAD Structural Detailing (ASD) لإعداد مخططات تفريد الحديد بدقة عالية، وعمل جداول تقطيع وتفريد حديد التسليح (Bar Bending Schedules) وضمان مطابقتها لأكواد البناء.<br>مراجعة وتدقيق التصاميم: دراسة المخططات الهندسية المعمارية والإنشائية، ومطابقتها، وتحديد أي تعارضات (Clash Detection) وتعديلها بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة قبل البدء في التنفيذ.<br>تخطيط وجدولة المشروعات (Primavera P6): إعداد وتحديث البرامج الزمنية للمشاريع باستخدام برنامج Primavera P6، ومتابعة انحرافات الجدول الزمني (Variance)، ومراقبة المسار الحرج (Critical Path)، وإعداد تقارير نسب الإنجاز الدورية.<br>حصر الكميات (Quantity Surveying): إعداد وحصر كميات المواد بدقة عالية (خرسانة، حديد، تشطيبات... إلخ) ومقارنتها بالجداول التعاقدية ومخططات المشروع المعتمدة.<br>إعداد المستخلصات واعتماد المواد: تجهيز المستخلصات الدورية للمقاولين والمالك، ومتابعة اعتمادات المخططات والمواد (Submittals) مع الاستشاري.المؤهلات والمتطلباتبكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو ما يعادلها.خبرة في مجال الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة المشاريع.إجادة استخدام البرامج التالية:Auto CAD Structural Detailing (ASD).
