We are looking for a suitable candidate for one of our leading Real Estate Developer clients for the position of Senior Architectural Technical Engineer, supporting a landmark high-rise tower development in the Riyadh Region.<br>The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-rise tower projects, architectural technical engineering, BIM coordination, shop drawings, technical detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination.<br>Key Responsibilities:Review architectural design drawings, finishes, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with approved design standards and project requirements. Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings in line with the approved design intent, BIM-coordinated model, and site conditions. Prepare and maintain As-Built drawings for architectural works to support project documentation and final handover. Prepare and verify BOQ quantity take-offs for architectural and finishing works to support procurement, tendering, and variation/change order evaluations. Lead architectural BIM modelling, coordination, and clash detection with Structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines. Provide technical support to site architectural engineers on complex detailing and construction-related issues. Ensure architectural works comply with the Saudi Building Code, Civil Defense requirements, and applicable international standards. Support the development of standard technical details, drawing templates, and specification libraries. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, BIM teams, and project stakeholders to resolve technical queries and design coordination issues. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of relevant experience in architectural technical engineering and project execution. Mandatory experience in high-rise tower projects. High-rise tower experience gained anywhere within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is preferred. Company Overview:We are a provider and developer of a cloud and on-prem telecommunication platform for contact centers. Our product and service process hundreds of millions of multichannel interactions per minute worldwide. In addition to cloud services, we also provide on-premise installations. We have global technological partnerships with IBM, Google, Amazon, Salesforce, Microsoft, and other platforms. Telephony, AI-driven analytics, AI agents, WFM, integration with social networks, CRM are the components of our product that you will be working with. Our team handles the entire spectrum of product support tasks, from service requests to deploying multi-host configurations and setting up database replication. <br>Your Responsibilities:Identify, reproduce, and document bugs in the software product. Define and document requests for improvements to existing functionality. Process requests from partners and clients (mostly through Zendesk, occasionally via phone). Conduct Zoom/Teams meetings with clients and partners. Provide training and examination for partners.
