Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Technician / engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support across restaurant outlets in the KSA. This role involves supporting and maintaining a wide range of IT infrastructure and systems including POS, servers, desktop hardware, printers, network equipment, and security systems. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, responsive, and possess strong troubleshooting abilities with a customer-service mindset.<br>Key Responsibilities:1. Outlet IT Support:Provide first-line and second-line IT support across all outlets for hardware and software issues. Maintain and troubleshoot POS systems (e.g., Squirrel and Restroworks,), KOT, KDS, printers, and other peripherals. Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows desktops, servers, and other IT systems.<br>2. Network & Infrastructure:Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connections. Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, and telephone system connectivity at the outlet level.
