Reports to: CEO and, when required, the Board of Directors About the company We are an established Saudi micromobility and technology company operating shared mobility fleets, mobility projects, and technology-enabled fleet services across Saudi Arabia. The company has grown through direct involvement from its founders and board members. We are now seeking an executive leader who can build a stronger management structure, lead company-wide execution, and reduce dependence on the founders for daily operations.<br>About the role We are looking for a hands-on Chief Operating Officer to move the company from founder-dependent execution into a professionally managed, accountable, and scalable organisation. The COO will lead daily execution, operational performance, organisational development, revenue growth, and expansion. They will assess the company’s people, departments, processes, reporting lines, and performance, then build the structure required for the company to operate and grow without constant founder involvement. The COO will work directly with the CEO and Board. The role may develop into broader executive leadership over time based on performance, trust, and the company’s future needs. Core mission Remove daily management and operational follow-up from the founders. Build capable managers and reliable departments. Establish clear authority, accountability, reporting lines, and KPIs. Improve operational and financial performance. Develop new revenue and expansion opportunities. Lead responses to operational incidents and ensure issues are followed through to closure.<br>Business development and revenue growth Identify and develop new sources of revenue. Build a pipeline with government entities, corporations, universities, developers, tourism destinations, events, and strategic partners. Pursue opportunities in mobility projects, fleet management, shared mobility, vehicle rental, technology services, white-label platforms, and related services. Participate directly in prospecting, meetings, proposals, tenders, pricing, negotiations, and closing. Work with the CEO and Board on major opportunities while independently progressing others. Convert relationships and ideas into signed projects and operating revenue. Increase revenue from existing fleets, locations, assets, services, and customers. Evaluate opportunities based on profitability, risk, operational requirements, and strategic value. Build a business development function as the company grows.<br>Strategy and expansion Work with the CEO and Board to create a clear company and growth strategy. Identify attractive cities, sectors, services, customers, and mobility opportunities. Evaluate expansion opportunities and present practical recommendations. This is not automatic or guaranteed.<br>Required qualifications Minimum five years of relevant experience in operations, general management, business development, or company-wide execution.
