We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer with a strong background in banking technology, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and ISO standards to develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation for enterprise applications and banking systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with Delivery, Development, Infrastructure, Information Security, Risk, and Application Support teams to ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and production-ready.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br> Collaborate with Delivery, Development, Infrastructure, Information Security, Risk, Compliance, and Application Support teams to gather functional and non-functional requirements. Develop, maintain, and review Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Business Requirements Documents (BRD), technical specifications, SOPs, operational runbooks, and knowledge base articles. Prepare comprehensive system handover documentation for production support, ensuring complete operational readiness. Create and maintain standardized documentation templates, checklists, and documentation governance standards. Document system architecture, configurations, integrations, APIs, workflows, support procedures, troubleshooting guides, and known issues. Conduct workshops and interviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture undocumented technical and operational knowledge. Produce audit-ready documentation that complies with internal governance, regulatory, and banking compliance requirements. Ensure documentation aligns with ITSM, GRC, Information Security, and Quality Management standards. Develop process flow diagrams, architecture diagrams, and workflow documentation using diagramming tools. Maintain documentation version control and ensure documentation is updated following system enhancements, releases, or production changes. Support internal and external audits by providing complete and traceable documentation. Drive continuous improvement of documentation standards, templates, and best practices across projects. <br><br>Qualifications<br><br> Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technical Communication, or a related field.
