<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Plan and coordinate daily site activities in accordance with project schedules. Read and interpret electrical drawings and ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Supervise electrical construction crews, electricians, and subcontractors during installation activities. Oversee power distribution systems, cable pulling and termination, lighting systems, conduit works, panel installations, low-voltage systems, fire alarm systems, security systems, and data/communication networks. Ensure all electrical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, productivity, and quality. Coordinate daily manpower allocation, resources, and work priorities to meet project deadlines. Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations. Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers and subcontractors. Monitor daily progress, manpower attendance, material usage, and site activities, and report to the Site Engineer. Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and quality concerns in coordination with the Site Engineer. Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of tools, equipment, and construction materials. Verify the quantity and quality of delivered materials and equipment. Support cable routing inspections, equipment installation, electrical testing, and commissioning activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. About the Role UMQ Design is seeking an experienced Architectural Site Supervisor to join our Execution Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising architectural and fit-out works on-site, ensuring that all activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of interior fit-out and finishing works, excellent site coordination skills, and the ability to lead site teams while maintaining quality, safety, and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily architectural and interior fit-out works on-site. Ensure all work is executed in accordance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in architectural site supervision, interior fit-out, or finishing projects. Experience supervising architectural finishing works on commercial, hospitality, office, or retail projects. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material specifications. Good knowledge of construction methods, finishing materials, and fit-out execution. Familiarity with quality control procedures and site safety requirements. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple site activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Auto CAD is an advantage.
