<ul><li><p>Review customer RFQs, specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.</p></li><li><p>Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for:</p><ul><li><p>Venturi Tubes</p></li><li><p>Orifice Flange Assemblies</p></li><li><p>Restriction Orifices</p></li><li><p>Thermowells</p></li><li><p>Other DP Flow Measurement Products</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Perform material take-offs and estimate manufacturing, machining, fabrication, welding, coating, testing, and inspection costs.</p></li><li><p>Select suitable raw materials and standard structural sizes based on project requirements.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure accurate estimation.</p></li><li><p>Interpret customer specifications and ensure compliance with applicable international standards.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate manufacturing feasibility and recommend cost-effective solutions.</p></li><li><p>Maintain estimation records, cost databases, and standard costing templates.</p></li><li><p>Support technical clarifications during the bidding stage.</p></li><li><p>Ensure quotations are submitted within customer deadlines while maintaining accuracy and competitiveness.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing engineering, Mechanical engineering, or Industrial engineering.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 3-5 years experience as an Estimation engineer in a Manufacturing/Fabrication company which manufactures DP flow elements such as Venturi tube, Orifice flange assembly, Restriction orifice, Thermowells.</p></li><li><p>Strong Working Knowledge about the structural size available in the market.</p></li><li><p>Strong Working Knowledge of international codes for DP flow element and thermowells like ISO5167, RW miller, WFC as per ASME PTC 19.3<br><br><strong>Please Note: For Candidates willing to relocate to India from the GCC, CTC range would be INR 12 to 15 LPA.
