<p>The Road Engineer supervises and manages road construction activities including earthworks, pavement layers, drainage, utilities, and traffic diversions. Ensures compliance with specifications and quality standards.</p><p>Your role</p><ul><li>Supervise daily road construction works: excavation, subgrade, GSB, sub-base, asphalt.</li><li>Review drawings and ensure correct site implementation.</li><li>Coordinate activities with survey, QA/QC, and safety teams.</li><li>Monitor material quality, equipment usage, and production rates.</li><li>Report daily progress and highlight technical issues.</li><li>Assist with traffic management and temporary diversions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with AASHTO, ASTM, and project standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><h2>About you</h2><ul><li>Bachelor s in Civil Engineering.</li><li>5 10 years road construction supervision experience.</li><li>Strong understanding of pavement materials, grading, and compaction standards.</li><li>Familiarity with surveying and drainage installation.</li></ul>
