Job Summary<br><br>We are seeking an experienced Senior Systematics Support Engineer (ALS) to provide operational support for mission-critical Systematics ALS (Asset & Liability System) applications running on IBM Mainframe (z/OS). The role is responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of critical banking batch and online processing. As part of a 24x7 production support organization, the engineer will lead production incident resolution, monitor End-of-Day (EOD) batch processing, troubleshoot complex application issues, and work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure uninterrupted banking operations.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br> Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for Systematics ALS applications. Monitor and support End-of-Day (EOD), Beginning-of-Day (BOD), and scheduled batch processing activities. Analyze batch failures, job abends, JCL errors, and processing delays to ensure successful business processing.
