<p>ABOUT THE ROLE<br>We're looking for a Site Planning Engineer to take ownership of scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting across our construction and industrial project sites in Saudi Arabia. Model building elements in alignment with design intent and construction requirements. Produce detailed layouts, sections, elevations, and construction details from BIM models. Ensure models are aligned with approved drawings, specifications, and architectural design information. Maintain model accuracy, consistency, and data integrity. Prepare and update models, drawings, and digital outputs using Revit Architecture and related tools. Generate model-based drawings, mark-ups, and redline updates to support coordination and construction. Generate Revit models integrating architectural and structural typologies, ensuring precise geometric representation and accurate load path resolution. Execute multidisciplinary trade coordination via federated model integration, leveraging interference detection and producing actionable clash reports. Facilitate design progression through SD, DD, and CD deliverables, administering sheet issuance protocols, revision management, and stringent adherence to AEC documentation standards. Validate model integrity, extract parametric schedules, and coordinate specification datasheets. Optimize structural grid matrices, load-bearing strategies, and volumetric allocation during schematic design to preempt systemic spatial conflicts. Execute as-built field surveys, generate condition assessment reports, and extract quantitative material take-offs (QTO) for structural and architectural retrofit projects. Administer BIM Execution Plans (BEP) compliant with ISO 19650 frameworks, utilizing ACC issue tracking modules to streamline model auditing and project reporting. Support preparation of architectural shop drawings and detailed outputs derived from BIM models. Ensure alignment between BIM models and issued architectural drawings. Assist in updating models based on site conditions, RFIs, and design changes. Support development of as-built architectural models and documentation. Maintain coordination logs and model records.
