Advise on electrical panel upgrades, wiring modifications, plumbing rerouting, drainage solutions, and HVAC system repairs. Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material submittals for MEP works.<br>4. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with the Civil Engineer on multi-discipline projects to ensure integrated engineering solutions. Liaise with utility providers (SEC, water authority) and regulatory bodies as required. Prepare technical reports and engineering assessments as requested by the Head of Engineering.<br>5. Other Perform any other duties reasonably required by the Head of Engineering consistent with the scope of this role.<br>Competencies Core:▸ Electrical Engineering — Competence in power distribution, lighting design, load analysis, and electrical system design for commercial and industrial facilities▸ Plumbing & Drainage — Strong knowledge of plumbing system design, drainage, and water supply systems▸ HVAC — Working understanding of HVAC system design, sizing, coordination, and commissioning▸ Auto CAD — Proficiency in Auto CAD for MEP drawing production and review▸ Codes & Standards — Working knowledge of Saudi electrical codes, plumbing regulations, HVAC standards, and fire safety requirements▸ Low-Current Systems — Familiarity with CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and data cabling systems▸ Fire Protection — Basic knowledge of fire suppression, sprinkler, and alarm system requirements<br>Soft:▸ Analytical Thinking — Ability to diagnose MEP issues methodically and propose practical solutions▸ Communication — Clear technical communication with engineers, contractors, and non-technical stakeholders▸ Attention to Detail — High accuracy in calculations, specifications, and drawing production▸ Collaboration — Ability to work effectively with the Civil Engineer and operations team on integrated projects<br>Job Specifications Industry: General Contracting / Facility Management / MEP Engineering Experience:▸ 5 to 8 years in MEP engineering design or consulting▸ Experience with commercial and industrial facility MEP systems — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection▸ Familiarity with maintenance troubleshooting and system assessment in existing buildings▸ GCC experience preferred<br>Education:▸ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline▸ Professional registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is an advantage<br>Languages:▸ English — Advanced proficiency (required)▸ Arabic — Native (preferred)
