Department: Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) Disciplines Required: Civil, Architectural, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering Location: Central and Eastern Region Role Purpose:QA/QC Engineers are responsible for ensuring that construction activities, materials, inspections, testing, and project quality documentation comply with approved specifications, contract requirements, IFC drawings, client requirements, the Saudi Building Code (SBC), applicable international standards, and ABSP Co.'s Quality Management System. The role supports project quality planning, assurance, control, auditing, corrective action, reporting, and handover activities, while coordinating with project teams, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and third-party inspection agencies to achieve the required quality standards.<br>Key Duties & Responsibilities:A. Review project specifications, contract documents, IFC drawings, standards, and client requirements to establish quality control requirements. Prepare technical presentations and conduct pre-activity quality briefings to explain specifications, acceptance criteria, inspection requirements, and construction methodologies before work starts. Prepare, review, and monitor NCRs, CARs, observations, quality reports, lessons learned, and corrective action follow-up until closure. Conduct internal quality audits and monitor compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements. Monitor quality KPIs, identify quality risks, and recommend preventive and continual improvement actions. B. Quality Control (QC) Monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with approved ITPs and Method Statements. Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and third-party inspection agencies. Review and process inspection documentation, including WIRs, MIRs, RFIs, inspection records, testing reports, and turnover documentation. Monitor subcontractors' quality performance, evaluate compliance, identify deficiencies, and follow up corrective actions. Verify testing activities, material approvals, calibration records, and inspection status. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports, inspection statistics, and quality performance summaries. Maintain complete project quality records and support project handover documentation, punch list clearance, and final quality dossiers.<br>Job Requirements:Saudi National. Bachelor's Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline.4-5 years of experience in QA/QC for construction projects. Experience in commercial, administrative, industrial, and building construction projects. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Strong knowledge of project specifications, the Saudi Building Code (SBC), ASTM, ACI, BS, IEC, and other applicable international standards.

Review of customer orders to ascertain the accuracy of BOM, the part numbers, scope of supplies/works, payment terms as well as other terms and conditions. Assist in preparation and submission of final dossiers (user Manual, drawings, Test Certificates etc.) to get acceptance of delivered materials/ services and help customer to close the orders for processing AQESA payments Assist in preparation of technical submittals including final dossiers as per customer standards. Procure to Pay Float RFQs’ and hold discussion with suppliers for technical clarification with commercial terms and conditions. Procure materials / services needed from vendors, plan execution of customer orders, monitors the progress of AQESA POs with vendors. Finalize vendor POs and ensure that the acknowledgments are available. Prepare item code in the system, set terms of delivery and input the PO for end-to-end approval from all stakeholders. Lead the design and execution of proposals for complex projects involving power distribution panels, motor control centers, and LV/MV equipment testing.
