In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, inventory control, warehousing, material handling, kitting, and shipping support activities to ensure inventory accuracy, material availability, and efficient support of production and customer delivery requirements.<br>The Warehouse & Receiving Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting customer satisfaction. By ensuring materials are received accurately, inventory is properly controlled, and products are shipped on time, this position directly contributes to production performance, inventory accuracy, and successful customer deliveries within the Valve Automation Center operation.<br>Key Responsibilities:Receiving & Inventory Control Receive and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders and packing documentation. Process receiving transactions accurately within the ERP system. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material management and traceability practices. Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities. Investigate and report inventory discrepancies as required.<br>Warehouse Operations Store, organise, and maintain inventory within designated warehouse locations. Prepare and kit materials to support production orders and operational requirements. Ensure efficient handling, movement, and storage of materials. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment in accordance with company standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse processes and inventory management. <br>Shipping & Production Support Support packaging and shipping activities to meet customer delivery commitments. Assist with international shipments and export documentation where applicable. Provide support to assembly and production operations as needed. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure material availability and smooth workflow throughout the facility.<br>What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2 years of experience in warehousing, receiving, inventory control, logistics, or material handling. Forklift certification. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Strong organisational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment. My client is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Data to lead its data organisation. This leader will be accountable for the databases and clusters that power the platform at scale, the reliability of the wider data platform, and the BI services that provide customers with actionable insights into their businesses.<br>The role carries direct management responsibility for the teams that own each of these areas and requires a leader who can operate effectively at both the strategic and deeply technical level.<br>Responsibilities Database Management: Own the strategy, architecture, and lifecycle management of my client’s production database estate, including MySQL, Click House, Redis, and related systems. The Director of Technical Services is responsible for overseeing all engineering, maintenance, and technical functions across the existing hotel portfolio while providing strategic technical expertise and due diligence support for new hotel opportunities under review and development (including HMA and Franchise projects).<br>This role ensures that all properties operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with brand standards, while also supporting asset growth through technical evaluation, project execution, and pre-opening readiness.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>1. Portfolio Technical Operations (Existing Hotels) Oversee engineering and maintenance operations across all operating hotels. Ensure optimal performance of building systems (MEP, HVAC, life safety, BMS, etc.). Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and costs. Monitor Cap Ex planning and execution across the portfolio.
