The Role: Building / Architectural Inspector

HCO is seeking an experienced Building Inspector / Architectural Inspector to join its project team. This full-time position is based in AlUla, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, and involves ensuring the quality and compliance of construction works.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of architectural and finishing works on site.
• Verify that all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and established project standards.
• Inspect various architectural finishes, including walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, windows, and façade installations.
• Monitor contractor workmanship and assess overall construction quality.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, compile snag lists, and issue non-conformance reports as required.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control procedures and all relevant safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any inspection-related issues that arise.
• Assist with various testing activities, final inspections, and project handover procedures.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in building or architectural inspection. A strong understanding of construction processes, quality standards, and safety regulations is essential.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in AlUla, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to conduct inspections and coordinate with project stakeholders.
