About the Role:The Mechanical Site Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring that mechanical installations and systems are executed according to the project specifications and standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles. The inspector will be responsible for monitoring the installation process, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and practical experience in the field, enabling them to effectively communicate with contractors and project managers.<br>What you will be doing:Monitor the installation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Review and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications to verify accuracy and completeness. Supervise and manage the processes related to the site work preparation, execution, verification, and validation of Contractor’s submissions, site works and effective implementation. Required Experience:3 years of experience in mechanical site field. Worked with reputable Consultant Engineering Firms needed. Full knowledge of Statutory Authorities requirements. Education:Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering field. Certifications & Memberships:Saudi Council of Engineers (SSE) Membership or any local engineer's society membership, i.e. CRPEP (for Bahrain). Essential Skills:Supervise site works and effective execution. Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities Prepare architectural drawings, design packages, and technical documentation. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines. Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with project requirements and authority regulations. Support authority submissions and approval processes. Assist in the development of designs through Tender Documentation.<br><br>Key Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Minimum 8 years of architectural experience. Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows. Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or healthcare projects. Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is required<br>.

<p>نحن نوظف مدير هندسة لفريق الكتالوج الذي يُعد نظام السجل لكل منتج مُباع على المنصة. يتولى الفريق نموذج بيانات المنتج والتصنيف والنسب والبيانات، وجودة البيانات، وتجربة التصفح والتصفية التي تحول بيانات الكتالوج إلى اكتشاف. هذا دور قائد-مدرب. ستدير فريقاً من المهندسين بالتعيين، والنمو، والاحتفاظ بالجودة مع البقاء عملياً بما يكفي لمراجعة المخططات، وتحدي خطط الاستعلام، وتشكيل الهندسة من خلال RFCs مكتوبة بدلاً من تحمل العمل مباشرة بنفسك. قراءات الكتالوج تقع على المسار الأكثر سخونة في كل طلب متجر، وجودة بيانات الكتالوج تقود مباشرة عمق التصفية، واعتماد التغذية، وملاءمة SEO، وإجمالي قيمة البائع (GMV). من المتوقع أن تقود من خلال سلطة مكتسبة: تأثير مبني على الحكم، الاتساق، والرعاية لا خط التقارير.</p><p>ما ستملكه</p><ul><li>بيانات المنتج والنسب</li><ul><li>نماذج بيانات الكتالوج تشمل المنتجات، المتغيرات، الوسائط، التسعير، التوافر الصحيح عند الكتابة، سريع عند القراءة، على نطاق الباعة الذين يديرون 100 ألف+ SKU على بنية تحتية مشتركة</li><li>هندسة السمات: مخططات محددة بالفئة، قيم بلغات متعددة، حقول مخصصة يحددها البائع</li><li>التعايش بين أشجار فئة البائع مع تصنيف المنصة القياسي</li><li>جودة البيانات كنظام قابل للقياس: تقييم الاكتمال، تغطية المعرف، دوائر الإثراء التي ترفع اعتماد التغذية والتحويل</li></ul></li><li>التصفية والفهرسة</li><ul><li>التصفية المهيأة مع عدّادات دقيقة، أداء إدراج الفئات، فرز/ترتيب على نطاق واسع</li><li>خط أنابيب من تعديل المنتج إلى حدث مستند قابل للبحث مدفوع بالحدث، اتفاقات مستوى التحديث، فهرسة بدون وقت تعطل</li><li>عقد الفهرس الذي يعتمد عليه الصلة بالملاءمة، بالتعاون مع فريق البحث (الذي يملك ترتيب جانب الاستعلام)</li></ul></li></ul><p>ما ستديره</p><ul><li>امتلاك التوظيف من البداية للنهاية؛ رفع المعايير مع كل عرض</li><li>بناء خطط نمو مرتبطة بأصعب مشكلات المجال؛ إدارة أداء صادقة، بما في ذلك المحادثات الصعبة</li><li>حماية تركيز الفريق من خلال تحديد النطاق والتتابع المتوقع، والاستعداد لقول لا مع الأسباب</li><li>امتلاك خارطة طريق الديون التكنولوجية كإتاحة قدرة ثابتة، مدعومة بتحليلات الموتى ومقاييس صحة الهندسة</li><li>امتلاك استجابة الحوادث ومراقبة المجال نفسه معدلات رفض التغذية، تأخر الفهرس، زمن فرز الواجهات، وليس فقط صحة الخادم</li><li>الشراكة يومياً مع فرق المنتج، Storefront، البحث، وتغذية القنوات</li></ul><p><strong>الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح</strong></p><ul><li>8+ سنوات في هندسة البرمجيات مع 3+ سنوات إدارة مهندسين وأدلة على نتائج الأفراد: مهندسون قمت بتوظيفهم، ونمّيتهم، وروّحتهم، وأدرت الأداء بصدق.</li><li>خبرة عميقة في الخلفية وقواعد البيانات العلائقية على نطاق واسع: تصميم المخطط، استراتيجية الفهرسة، تحليل خطط الاستعلام، وهجرات آمنة على جداول كبيرة/حرّاقة.</li><li>امتلاك بيئة بحث/اكتشاف في الإنتاج OpenSearch/Elasticsearch أو منصات على طراز Algolia تدعم التصفح أو التصفية على نطاق حقيقي.</li><li>عمق في التجارة الإلكترونية أو كتالوجات الأسواق: تصميم التصنيفات، نمذجة المتغيرات/السمات، وأنظمة تغذية المنتجات.</li><li>من الجميل وجود: PHP/Laravel وMySQL تحديداً (تكديسنا) أو دلائل تدل على التعمق في Stack جديد بسرعة.</li><li>خبرة SaaS متعددة المستأجرين: عزل المستأجر، حدود لكل مستأجر، تقليل أثر الجيران المزعجين.</li><li>وعي بيانات باللغة العربية (التطبيع، المحتوى ذو السكريبت المختلط) وتفكير منتج RTL.</li><li>خبرة Google Merchant Center والبيانات المنظمة/SEO.</li><li>Redis والتخزين المؤقت عند الحافة لمسارات القراءة العالية، بما في ذلك تصميم إبطال.</li></ul>

<ul><li>الإشراف على تركيب المعايرة وصيانة أنظمة التحكم الإلكترونية المتقدمة، وPLCs، وشبكات SCADA الهامة لعمليات معالجة المياه.</li><li>تشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال الكهربائية والإلكترونية المعقدة في المضخات والمحركات وأنظمة تغذية المواد الكيميائية وأجهزة القياس، مما يقلل من فترات التوقف.</li><li>تنفيذ وإدارة جداول الصيانة الوقائية لكافة المعدات الإلكترونية، مع الاستفادة من تقنيات الصيانة التنبؤية لتعزيز الاعتمادية.</li><li>تفسير المخططات الكهربائية المعقدة والرسوم الهندسية والدلائل الفنية لاستكشاف العيوب وتحديث مكونات النظام بكفاءة.</li></ul><p><strong>ملف المرشح المطلوب</strong></p><ul><li><p>درجة الدبلوم أو البكالوريوس في هندسة الإلكترونيات التقنية، الهندسة الكهربائية، أو مجال ذي صلة.</p></li><li><p>حد أدنى 10 سنوات من الخبرة التطويرية كفني إلكترونيات تحديداً في مرافق معالجة المياه/المياه العادمة.</p></li><li><p>إتاحة شهادات ذات صلة مثل فني إلكترونيات معتمد (CET) أو شهادات متخصصة من بائعين PLC/SCADA.</p></li><li><p>إثبات الخبرة في استكشاف أعطال وتصليح ضوابط محركات التيار المتردد/المحركات، وتطبيقات التردد المتغير (VFDs)، وأجهزة القياس.</p></li></ul>
