The Senior Signalling Engineer shall provide specialist technical leadership and hands-on engineering support for the design review, installation, testing, integration, commissioning and handover of the railway signalling systems for the Project. The role shall ensure that signalling works are safe, coordinated, constructible and compliant with the Employer’s Requirements, SAR standards, approved designs, applicable Transport General Authority requirements, relevant EN/UIC/CENELEC standards, the project programmer and quality requirements. The position will support the S&T Manager in integrating the new signaling system with the existing operational railway infrastructure, including the existing interlocking and VICOS interfaces, while coordinating closely with track, civil, electrical, telecommunications, systems assurance, operations and specialist vendors.<br>Key Responsibilities Provide senior technical support and day-to-day engineering leadership for all signaling activities from design through final handover. Review signaling designs, drawings, specifications, calculations, control tables, route tables, equipment schedules, cable schedules and interface documents for completeness, compliance and constructability. Coordinate signaling requirements with track geometry, turnouts, level crossings, civil works, structures, utilities, power supplies, telecommunications and operational railway constraints. Support the S&T Manager in planning resources, priorities, work fronts, technical submissions, long-lead items and signaling deliverables. Identify technical risks, design conflicts, interface gaps and site constraints; recommend and follow up mitigation measures. Provide technical guidance to signaling engineers, supervisors, technicians, subcontractors and system suppliers. Participate in coordination meetings with SAR, the Engineer, designers, vendors, Operations and Maintenance teams, and third-party contractors.

Position Summary The Lead Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Commissioning Engineer represents the Owner during the commissioning phase of a utility-scale Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Power Plant.
