نظرة عامة على الدور: يتولى مهندس كهرباء مراقبة الجودة مسؤولية تنفيذ ومراقبة أنشطة مراقبة الجودة لمشاريع الكابلات الأرضية (UGC) ذات الجهد العالي (HV) / الجهد العالي جدًا (EHV) في المملكة العربية السعودية. يضمن هذا المنصب أن جميع أنشطة التركيب والاختبار والتشغيل الكهربائية تتوافق مع الرسومات المعتمدة ومواصفات المشروع وخطط الفحص والاختبار (ITPs) ومعايير الشركة السعودية للكهرباء (SEC).<br>المسؤوليات الرئيسية: فحص مراقبة الجودة والإشراف على الموقع: تنفيذ ومراقبة خطة جودة المشروع وخطط الفحص والاختبار (ITPs). إجراء عمليات فحص لعمليات تمديد وسحب وتوصيل وإنهاء وربط وتأريض كابلات الجهد العالي/الجهد العالي جدًا. إعداد وتنسيق ومعالجة طلبات الفحص (IRs) مع ممثلي الشركة السعودية للكهرباء والاستشاريين. مراقبة جودة كابلات الجهد العالي: فحص بكرات الكابلات، والملحقات، والوصلات، والنهايات، وصناديق الربط، وأنظمة حماية الغلاف عند وصولها إلى الموقع. مراقبة نصف قطر الانحناء، وقوة السحب، وتباعد الكابلات أثناء التركيب. الاختبار والتشغيل: تنسيق ومراقبة ومراجعة أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل الكهربائية لكابلات الجهد العالي والمعدات المرتبطة بها للتحقق من الالتزام بمتطلبات الشركة السعودية للكهرباء والمعايير الفنية. الامتثال للشركة السعودية للكهرباء وإدارة الجودة: ضمان مطابقة جميع الأعمال الكهربائية لمواصفات الشركة السعودية للكهرباء. التعامل مع طلبات فحص المواد (MIRs)، وإصدار تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs)، وإدارة تحليل الأسباب الجذرية، والمساعدة في تجميع ملف تسليم الجودة النهائي.<br>المتطلبات والمؤهلات: التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية. الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة الكهربائية، مع خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع الكابلات الأرضية ذات الجهد العالي/الجهد العالي جدًا. متطلب إلزامي: اعتماد ساري المفعول من الشركة السعودية للكهرباء (SEC) كمهندس كهرباء مراقبة جودة. (لن يتم النظر في المرشحين بدون اعتماد SEC). المعرفة الفنية: فهم قوي لكابلات الطاقة المعزولة بـ XLPE، وتوصيل/إنهاء الكابلات، وصناديق الربط، وحماية الغلاف، ومعايير اللجنة الكهروتقنية الدولية (IEC)، وإجراءات الشركة السعودية للكهرباء. اللغات: إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (مهارات اللغة العربية تعد ميزة إضافية).
