When not deployed on field assignments, the primary location will be at the Client office in Al Jubail, with expectations for regular, scheduled site visits to all Client end-users and affiliate sites where the EEE fleet is installed. The Customer Project Manager coordinates the administrative, contractual, technical, and commercial aspects of field service and repair projects from initial inquiry to final billing and collection, directly producing service income for EEE. The incumbent manages multidisciplinary projects involving multiple EEE departments and product lines, as well as non-EEE products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of port and terminal infrastructure projects in accordance with technical, contractual, and client requirements.</p><p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team across all project disciplines.</li><li>Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with technical, contractual, and client requirements.</li><li>Provide strategic direction and technical guidance on port and terminal infrastructure.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and the client to ensure efficient project delivery.</li><li>Ensure quality assurance and compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and best practices.</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.</li><li>Support review and validation of engineering designs and deliverables across disciplines.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering (BEng, BSc) or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 25 years of professional experience, including at least 15 years of experience in port, marine, or terminal infrastructure projects.</li><li>Proven track record of leading large-scale multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex infrastructure projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of port infrastructure, marine works, terminal operations, and associated engineering disciplines.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in project management, design review, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and quality assurance processes.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational capabilities.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex, and deadline-driven project environments.</li></ul><p><strong>What Desired Skills You'll Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Experience serving as Team Leader, Project Director, Independent Engineer, or similar leadership role on major port and terminal developments.</li><li>Professional Engineering certification, chartership, or equivalent professional accreditation.</li><li>Experience working on international port, marine, or transportation infrastructure projects.</li><li>Familiarity with PPP, concession, or design-build project delivery models.</li><li>Knowledge of regional and international port authority regulations, standards, and operational requirements.</li><li>Experience managing diverse stakeholder groups across public and private sector organizations.</li></ul><p></p></section>
