<section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف الوظيفة</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><p>نحن نبحث عن مهندس كهرباء وإضاءة أول عالي المهارة والخبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا. سيكون مهندس الكهرباء والإضاءة الأول مسؤولاً عن مراجعة التصميم والتخطيط والإشراف والتنفيذ للبنى التحتية الكهربائية ومشاريع الإضاءة الطرقية، مع ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الهندسة وبروتوكولات السلامة وجداول المشروع. يجب أن تتوافر لدى المرشح المثالي خبرة تقنية قوية في الأنظمة الكهربائية، وتصميم الإضاءة، وتوزيع الطاقة، والاختبار والتشغيل، وتطوير البنية التحتية.</p><p><strong>المسؤوليات</strong>:</p><ul><li>قيادة مراجعة والإشراف على أعمال البنية التحتية الكهربائية والإضاءة الطرقية، وضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصناعة وأنظمة السلامة ومواصفات المشروع.</li><li>مراجعة الرسومات الكهربائية، ورسومات الورشة، وتخطيطات الإضاءة، وحساب الأحمال، وتحديد مقاسات الكابلات، وتنسيق الحماية، وبيانات الطريقة، وتقديم المواد.</li><li>التنسيق مع السلطات المائية والكهربائية والسلطات البلدية والمقاولين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع للحصول على الموافقات الفنية ومتطلبات الواجهة.</li><li>مراقبة جودة التركيب للكابلات والقنوات وأعمدة الإضاءة ولوحات التحكم وأنظمة التأريض وأعمدة التغذية وأنظمة التحكم.</li><li>تقديم التوجيه الفني للمهندسين والمفتشين وحل مسائل التصميم الكهربائي والبناء والتشغيل.</li><li>الإشراف على الاختبار والتشغيل وتفعيل الأنظمة وتوثيق عمليات التفتيش والتسليم النهائي.</li><li>إجراء تقييمات المخاطر ودعم تطبيق إجراءات الحد من المخاطر المتعلقة بالسلامة الكهربائية والجودة وقابليّة البناء.</li><li>إعداد التقارير الفنية والتعليقات على المراجعة وتحديثات التقدم والتقييمات والتوصيات من أجل التحسين المستمر</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">الملف الشخصي المرغوب فيه</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة. يُفضل الحصول على درجة الماجستير أو شهادة مهنية ذات صلة.</p><p>خبرة عملية مثبتة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في البنية التحتية الكهربائية، الإضاءة الطرقية، وتوزيع الطاقة، والأنظمة ذات الجهد المنخفض، والإشراف على البناء.</p><p>معرفة عميقة بتصميم الإضاءة، وحسابات أحمال الكهرباء، وتحديد مقاسات الكابلات، والتأريض، وأنظمة الحماية، والكودات والمعايير الكهربائية ذات الصلة.</p><p>الكفاءة في استخدام برامج CAD، وبرامج تصميم الإضاءة، وأدوات التحليل الكهربائي، وتطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس.</p><p>مهارات تحليلية وحل مشاكل قوية، مع القدرة على تفسير البيانات الكهربائية وتقديم حلول هندسية عملية.</p><p>مهارات اتصال وتفاعل بين الأشخاص ممتازة، مع القدرة على التنسيق الفعّال مع العملاء والسلطات والمقاولين والفرق متعددة التخصصات.</p><p>إدارة وبناء مشاريع البنية التحتية الكهربائية والإضاءة، ويفضل الإلمام باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (محادثة وكتابة).</p><p></p></section>

Job Summary<br>We are looking for a skilled Design Engineer Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm System to prepare precise Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm system drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role includes drafting shop drawings, as-built drawings, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring compliance with NFPA and Saudi Civil Defense standards.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>- Prepare shop drawings for Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm, as-built drawings, layout plans, connection diagrams, logic diagrams, and P&ID drawings.- Preparation of Hydraulic calculation for fire fighting layouts, FM 200, Novec, Fluoro-K, Foam System calculation.- Ensure drawings comply with NFPA standards and local Saudi building codes.- Conduct accurate quantity take-off (BOQ) for Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems.- Perform site surveys and produce accurate technical drawings.- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams.- Prepare project-related documents and assist in consultant/client approvals.- Provide drafting and technical support during project execution.<br>Requirements:<br>- Proficiency in Auto CAD and drafting software.- Strong knowledge of Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm system design principles.- Experience in preparing and submitting shop drawings and as-built drawings independently.- Good knowledge in BOQ preparation.- Strong attention to detail; fast learner and team player.- Relevant diploma/certification in drafting or related field.

This role works across a Python/Django codebase with a strong backend lean most of your time on services, data, and integrations, while comfortably handling the front end when the feature needs it. The Marketplace is customer-facing, so fast, low-latency API response times are a core goal.<br>Key Responsibilities:Build, ship, and operate Django backend services and full-stack features. Own your work end to end: design, implementation, testing, deployment, production support. Build and maintain integrations with internal and external services. Write clear, maintainable code and contribute to the squad's technical decisions.<br>Qualifications: Mid–senior full-stack engineer, backend-strong, with solid Python / Django experience. 3–5 years of professional full-stack experience. Performance-minded: keeps API response times low through query tuning, caching, and profiling.
