Baseel United is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fit-out Senior Site Engineer to join our execution team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading site operations, ensuring high-quality interior fit-out execution, and delivering projects within budget and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:▫️ Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for high-end interior fit-out projects.▫️ Supervise site engineers, subcontractors, and site labor to ensure work complies with approved shop drawings and specifications.▫️ Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.▫️ Coordinate material delivery, site logistics, and installation processes to ensure project timelines are met.▫️ Inspect execution quality, resolve technical site issues, and ensure strict compliance with HSE standards.▫️ Conduct regular progress reviews and coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, and clients.▫️ Monitor work as per drawing specifications and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).▫️ Review materials delivered to the site for conformance with approved samples, materials, and equipment.▫️ Manage daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
Key Requirements:▫️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.▫️ Experience: 5–7 years of professional site execution experience with a strong background in Fit-out and Finishing projects (Construction experience is preferred).
▫️ Technical & Software Skills:▪️ Proficiency in Auto CAD (Mandatory).▪️ Strong ability to coordinate across disciplines (Civil, Architectural, and MEP) on-site.▪️ Deep understanding of BOQs, shop drawings, finishing details, and material submittals.
▫️ Key Competencies: Strong site leadership, progress reporting, quality monitoring, and problem-solving skills.
