About The Role<br><br>The Legal Executive will support the Head of<br><br>Legal in the execution of Saudi legal workstreams, including commercial<br><br>contracting, legal research, regulatory summaries, bilingual Arabic-English<br><br>drafting, documentation management, internal follow-up and coordination with<br><br>external counsel. The Legal Executive will enable the Head of<br><br>Legal to focus on strategic direction and senior stakeholder alignment, while<br><br>reducing reliance on external counsel for execution-level work.<br><br>Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia<br><br>Reporting to: Head of Legal<br><br>What You’ll Be Doing<br><br>Commercial Contracting Support — Prepare first drafts and review supplier agreements, customer terms,<br><br>reseller arrangements, NDAs, service agreements, commercial schedules, notices<br><br>and routine operational contracts.<br><br>Legal Research and Regulatory Summaries — Conduct first-level research on SAMA-related matters, payment services,<br><br>financing, fintech, PDPL, AML/KYC, e-commerce and Saudi commercial law, and<br><br>prepare concise summaries for review.<br><br>Strategic Project Support — Support<br><br>strategic implementation work including documentation preparation, trackers,<br><br>commercial schedules, supplier/buyer documentation, closing checklists.<br><br>SAMA and Regulatory Readiness — Assist<br><br>with regulatory mapping, document collection, research notes, internal memos<br><br>and external counsel coordination in relation to the SAMA licensing and<br><br>regulatory pathway.<br><br>External Funding Readiness — Assist<br><br>with document management, contract clean-up, due diligence preparation,<br><br>corporate documents, trackers and coordination with external counsel for<br><br>investor-facing or funding-related workstreams.<br><br>Bilingual Arabic-English Drafting — Prepare and review Arabic and English documents, ensure consistency<br><br>between both versions and escalate any legal or commercial inconsistencies for<br><br>further review.<br><br>Internal Stakeholder Coordination — Follow up with finance, product, commercial, operations and compliance<br><br>teams to collect information, prepare drafts, manage trackers and ensure that<br><br>legal requests progress efficiently.<br><br>Future Jurisdictional Expansion — Assist with preliminary legal research, documentation mapping and<br><br>external counsel coordination as Silq considers expansion into other GCC or<br><br>regional jurisdictions.<br><br>Legal Operations and Documentation Control — Maintain legal trackers, contract repositories, approval records,<br><br>version control, execution checklists and internal legal documentation.<br><br>What We’re Looking For<br><br>3 to 6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a commercial, finance, fintech,<br><br>technology, marketplace or startup environment.<br><br>Strong Arabic and English legal drafting skills. This role requires an analytical mind capable of reconstructing complex project histories using legacy data, scheduling software, and contemporary project records under the framework of Saudi procurement laws and international contract standards.</p><p>What You'll Be Doing</p><ul><li>Forensic Delay Analysis: Perform detailed retrospective delay analyses utilizing standard methodologies (e.g., As-Planned vs. As-Built, Impacted As-Planned, Time Impact Analysis, and Collapsed As-Built) as outlined by the SCL (Society of Construction Law) Delay and Disruption Protocol or AACE International.</li><li>Critical Path Methodology (CPM): Interrogate and analyze baseline schedules, monthly updates, and revised programs to track critical path drift, near-critical paths, and concurrent delays.</li><li>Claims Substantiation &amp; Defense: Prepare, review, and evaluate complex Extension of Time (EoT) claims and disruption submissions. About the Role<br>The Technology Support Lead ensures that the university’s classroom technologies, collaboration platforms, and end-user computing environments reliably support teaching, learning, research, and administrative operations. <section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف الوظيفة</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><p>نحن مطور ومُستثمر ومشغل لمحطات توليد الكهرباء وتحلية المياه، بوجود 90 أصلًا قيد التشغيل أو تحت الإنشاء أو في تطوير متقدم عبر 13 دولة.</p><p>المسمى الوظيفي: فني PV (ضوئي فوتوفولتائي) / فني شمسي (كهرباء) المكان: الشويفة، المملكة العربية السعودية الهدف من الدور: ضمان تشغيل وصيانة آمنة وفعالة وموثوقة لمحطات الطاقة الشمسية على نطاق المرافق والمحطات الفرعية، بما يتوافق مع المعايير الكهربائية السعودية ولوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.</p><p>المسؤوليات الأساسية التشغيل والصيانة: الصيانة الوقائية والإصلاحية للوحدات PV، المحولات، لوحات التحكم في الطاقة، وحدات UPS، وأجهزة SCADA. رصد الأعطال وحلولها ميدانيًا. تشغيل وصيانة المفاتيح وأنظمة الحماية (11 كV 220 كV). اختبارات IR وتصحيح الأعطال في كابلات HT وDC. صيانة أنظمة التنظيف الروبوتية وآليات التتبع الشمسي. تنفيذ المشاريع والبدء في التشغيل: دعم التركيب والاختبار والتكليف للمحولات، ولوحات HT/LT والكابلات. مراجعة الرسومات الكهربائية وتنسيق فحصات QA/QC. قيادة أنشطة التكليف وفق معايير SEC وNEOM. السلامة والامتثال: فرض أنظمة LOTO وPTW بما يتماشى مع بروتوكولات HSE لشركة أرامكو السعودية وSEC وNEOM. إجراء إحاطات السلامة وتدريبات الإسعاف الأولي. حفظ الوثائق لعمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي. إدارة الفريق والمورّدين: الإشراف على الفرق الفنية وضمان انتقال النوبات بشكل فعال. التنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين لتنفيذ الأعمال في المواعيد المحددة.</p><p>ملتزمون بإيجاد ثقافة تكون متنوعة ونابضة بالحياة كما هي الأسواق التي نخدمها</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>خبرة لا تقل عن 2 سنة في تشغيل وصيانة أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية PV. يجب أن تشمل الخبرة مع أنظمة التنظيف الروبوتي للوحدات وآليات التتبع PV. شهادة تقنية أو دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية. رخصة كهربائية سارية المفعول (يفضل: قابلة للنقل إلى مجلس المهندسين السعودي).</p><p>الشهادات المفضلة: رخصة كهربائي سلكي، الإسعاف الأولي، السلامة من الحرائق، H2S، تركيب واختبار كابلات HV وEHV، تقييم العمل وخطط JSA/HIRA ونظام إذن العمل. الإلمام بمدونة السعودية الكهربائية ومعايير SEC/NEOM.</p><p>المهارات والكفاءات الأساسية: معرفة قوية بأنظمة PV على نطاق المرافق (التركيب، التشغيل والصيانة). الكفاءة في عواكس، ولوحات التحكم في الطاقة، والمفاتيح، والمحولات، وأجهزة SCADA. رصد وتحليل الأعطال في دوائر DC والاتصالات. تشخيص كابلات HT (Hipot، PD عبر الإنترنت، IR). تفسير المخططات الكهربائية ودوائر الحماية والتحكم. استكشاف أعطال لوحات CRP وأنظمة الحماية. معرفة بإجراءات LOTO والالتزام بـ HSE. التنسيق مع فرق داخلية ومورّدين. مهارة التوثيق والتقارير للمراجعات ونقل النوبات.</p><p>المفضل: إدارة المخزون وقطع الغيار. الخبرة في التكليف والامتثال لـ SOPs وWMSRA وتقييمات المخاطر. المشاركة في تحديد المخاطر، واجتماعات صندوق الأدوات، وتدريبات السلامة. فهم لمدونة السعودية الكهربائية ومعايير SEC/NEOM.</p><p></p></section>
