Esnad Contracting Company is looking for a Mechanical Technical Office Engineer to join our team in Jeddah.<br>Key Responsibilities:Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Prepare quantity take-offs (BOQ) for mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. Prepare cost estimates and pricing for tenders and project variations. Review and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. Prepare technical and commercial proposals. Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project execution teams. Prepare material submittals, technical submittals, and shop drawing logs. Monitor project progress and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.<br>Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Technical Office role within construction companies. Previous experience in infrastructure or building projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems. Proficiency in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office. Experience with quantity surveying, estimation, and tendering. Ability to review technical documents and coordinate with multiple disciplines.
