Job Title : Senior Architectural Engineer Location : Saudi Arabia<br>Role Purpose : The Senior Architectural Engineer provides discipline-specific architectural engineering support to the project, ensuring architectural works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements. About the role:Seeking an experienced Elevator Maintenance Engineer / Supervisor with minimum 4 years of progressive, successful experience in Elevator Company to prepare, ensure, and control implementation and maintenance plans of Mitsubishi in order to deliver projects within the allocated budget, quality and safety standards.<br>Key responsibilities:Plan weekly/monthly maintenance schedule and the required manpower for upcoming projects. Coordinate with foremen the arrangement of all necessary tools and materials required for projects as needed by technicians. Follow-up with maintenance clients with regards to old and new contracts to continue to provide maintenance services. Ensure timely requisitions of spare parts to keep sufficient amount in stock.
