<section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف الوظيفة</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><p>وصف الوظيفة</p><p>المسمى الوظيفي: مهندس موقع (تشطيب داخلي)</p><p>الخبرة المطلوبة: 3–5 سنوات</p><p>ملخص الوظيفة</p><p>نحن نبحث عن مهندس موقع مبتدئ بخبرة في التشطيب الداخلي لدعم عمليات الموقع اليومية وضمان التنفيذ الناجح لأعمال التشطيب الداخلي وفقاً لمواصفات المشروع ومعاييره وجودة الجدول الزمني للمشروع.</p><p>المسؤوليات الرئيسية</p><ul><li>الإشراف على أنشطة الموقع اليومية والمتعاقدين من الباطن.</li><li>التأكد من التنفيذ الصحيح لأعمال التشطيب بما في ذلك التشطيبات، النجارة، الأبواب، الأسقف، والأرضيات.</li><li>التنسيق مع فريق الصحة والسلامة والبيئة لضمان التنفيذ الآمن للأنشطة.</li><li>فحص المواد المستلمة والتحقق من التوافق مع المواصفات المعتمدة.</li><li>مراقبة توفر المواد والإبلاغ عن النقص.</li><li>تنسيق تخصيص واستخدام المعدات في الموقع.</li><li>دعم التنسيق بين المقاولين من الباطن وفرق المشروع.</li><li>المساعدة في إعداد وتنفيذ النماذج المَعمليّة/المحاكاة.</li><li>التبليغ عن التقدم والمخاطر والتأخيرات وقضايا الموقع لمدير الإنشاءات / مدير المشروع.</li><li>إعداد وتقديم تقارير الموقع اليومية.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">الملف الشخصي المرغوب للمرشح</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>متطلبات المؤهلات</p><ul><li>درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو الهندسة المعمارية أو المجال ذي الصلة.</li><li>3–5 سنوات من الخبرة في مشاريع تشطيب البناء.</li><li>الخبرة في تشطيب البناء إلزامية.</li><li>معرفة قوية بالتشطيبات، النجارة، الأسقف، الأرضيات، والأعمال الداخلية.</li><li>القدرة على قراءة وتفسير رسومات البناء.</li><li>مهارات قوية في الإشراف الموقعي والتنسيق.</li><li>مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتقارير.</li><li>يفضل وجود خبرة في دول الخليج العربي.</li></ul><p></p></section>

<ul><li>إجراء مسوح وتقييمات جيولوجية تفصيلية لتحديد مواقع محتملة لمشروعات البناء مع ضمان السلامة والالتزام البيئي.</li><li>تحليل البيانات الجيولوجية باستخدام أدوات البرمجيات المتقدمة لإنشاء نماذج تتنبأ بظروف تحت السطح وتُخبر القرارات الهندسية.</li><li>التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لتصميم التحقيقات الجيotechnية وتفسير النتائج من أجل التخطيط الأمثل للمشروع.</li><li>إعداد تقارير ووثائق شاملة عن النتائج الجيولوجية والمخاطر والتوصيات لأصحاب المصلحة والهيئات التنظيمية.</li><li>تنفيذ ومراقبة مشاريع الهندسة الجيولوجية مع التأكد من الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية والميزانيات ومعايير السلامة.</li><li>استخدام المعدات الميدانية وتقنيات المختبر لجَمع عينات التربة والصخور، لضمان دقة جمع البيانات وتحليلها.</li><li>إجراء تقييمات المخاطر لتقييم المخاطر الجيولوجية المرتبطة بمواقع البناء، وتقديم استراتيجيات للحد من المخاطر.</li><li>البقاء على اطلاع باتجاهات الصناعة والتطورات التكنولوجية والتغييرات التنظيمية التي تؤثر على ممارسات الهندسة الجيولوجية.</li></ul><p><strong>الم oglري Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>يفضَّل درجة الماجستير أو الشهادات ذات الصلة (مثلاً ترخيص مهندس محترف) للوظائف الفنية المتقدمة.</p></li><li><p>خبرة عمل في مشاريع البناء، التعدين، أو القطاعات البيئية، لإظهار التعددية والقدرة على التكيّف مع مشاريع متنوعة.</p></li><li><p>الإلمام ببرامج الهندسة الجيotechnية (مثلاً GeoStudio، PLAXIS) وأدوات تحليل البيانات أمر ضروري للنمذجة الفعالة.</p></li><li><p>مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة الإنجليزية؛ الإتقان في لغات إضافية ميزة للمشاريع الدولية.</p></li><li><p>القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات، مع إظهار مهارات شخصية ممتازة وروح الفريق.</p></li><li><p>مهارات تحليلية وحل مشاكل قوية، مع اهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل والقدرة على التفكير النقدي تحت الضغط.</p></li><li><p>القدرة البدنية والعمل في بيئات متكيفة، بما في ذلك العمل الميداني في مواقع نائية تحت ظروف جوية متنوعة.</p></li><li><p>نهج استباقي تجاه التعليم المستمر والتطوير المهني، مع شغف بالعلوم الهندسية الجيولوجية.</p></li><li><p>تحليل ظروف التربة والصخور لدعم مشاريع البناء والبنية التحتية. شهادات التخرج مُوثقة من وزارة الخارجية السعودية ومسجلة لدى مجلس المهندسين السعودي. تشمل الخبرة وجود سنتين على الأقل في المملكة العربية السعودية.</p></li></ul>
