Coordinate with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely resolution of broker requests. Monitor outstanding broker transactions and follow up to ensure prompt completion. Maintain accurate broker records and supporting documentation. Support the onboarding of new brokers and communicate company products, services, and procedural updates. Prepare broker performance and service reports for management. Identify opportunities to improve broker satisfaction and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, underwriting guidelines, and Insurance Authority regulations. Support business retention and growth initiatives through excellent broker service.<br>Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Marketing, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in insurance operations, broker relationship management, customer service, or account management. Experience within the Saudi insurance market is preferred. Job Purpose Supports the delivery of HMMME’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programme through the hands-on execution of risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting activities. Position Overview: The Government Relations Officer (GRO) plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and administrative requirements related to the company’s operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Handling all aspects of a patient’s experience, both concerning their treatment and their overall stay My Clinic’s facility. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to map the patient journey from admission to discharge, identifying touchpoints for improvement. Implementing changes to streamline processes and reduce potential points of frustration. Communicating with patients to determine their needs and identify a path toward treatment and progress. Empathizing with patient concerns on their path toward recovery, helping them take steps to replace anxiety with peace of mind. Resolving patient complaints and concerns, working with relevant departments to address issues promptly, implementing a structured feedback loop to capture patient insights and drive continuous improvement. Corresponding with care providers (Physicians, Nurses, …etc.) to familiarize them with individual patient needs and preferences. Implementing patient-focused programs in a healthcare environment. Supervising training programs for healthcare staff to enhance their interpersonal skills, communication, and patient engagement abilities, providing ongoing education on best practices in patient-centered care. Generating and delivering reports on patient progress, setbacks, and overall status.
