مبتدئ إلى خبير في رعاية المريض والأسرة.</li><li>يضمن مشاركة الموظفين في عملية اتخاذ القرار ويخلق بيئة عمل إيجابية تعزز قدرات الفرد على النمو المهني.</li><li>يؤدي تقييمات سنوية للمديرين/الموظفين قسم/إدارة التمريض والخدمات السريرية.</li></ul><p>المهام الأساسية (تابع)</p><ul><li>يعمل كعضو في لجنة التمريض والخدمات السريرية التنفيذية ويدعم وينقل قرارات اللجنة.</li><li>يدرك مستويات مهارة أفراد الفريق واحتياجات المرضى الفريدة عند وضع خطط التوظيف؛ يضمن مستوى التوظيف وفق مستوى الحدة على مدار 24 ساعة. يتحمل المسؤولية إلى 24 ساعة لحل المشكلات.</li><li>يرصد ويقيّم استخدام الموارد البشرية بالتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة عبر المستشفى. يعمل بشكل تعاوني لضمان الاتساق في تخطيط رعاية المريض لتحقيق النتائج المتوقعة بين الأقسام وداخلها.</li><li>مسؤول عن ميزانية القوى العاملة والتخطيط المالي للمجال.</li><li>يطوّرMeasures ويراقب مقاييس أداء التشغيل للقسم/الإدارة بما في ذلك معدل الإقامة (LOS)، تكاليف العمل الإضافي، الشواغر ومعدلات turnover.</li><li>يحافظ على المعرفة الحالية ويضمن الامتثال لجميع المعايير التنظيمية والمهنية للرعاية بما في ذلك (CBAHI)، اللجنة الدولية للاعتماد (JCI)، معهد تحسين الرعاية الصحية (IHI)، إلخ.</li><li>خطط عمل تصحيحية لضمان إدراج جودة الرعاية في الممارسة السريرية المطلوبة.</li><li>تدريب متقدم/شهادة في التخصص.</li><li>رخصة حالياً كممرضة مسجلة مهنية.</li><li>إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً. العربية من المحبذ تحدثاً.</li><li>خبرة مهنية مع كفاءة مثبتة في
