Maintain relationships with core suppliers, negotiate long-term cooperation agreements, credit terms, rebates and joint cost reduction plans, and build strategic partnership relationships.2.3 Full-process Procurement Execution & Performance Control Align with project and client demands in the Middle East, integrate procurement requirements, formulate bidding and procurement schemes (tendering, price comparison and negotiation), and lead business negotiation and contract execution. Manage the full lifecycle of procurement orders, including order placement, delivery follow-up, quality sampling inspection, logistics tracking, customs clearance coordination, warehousing acceptance and reconciliation & settlement, to ensure efficient delivery with guaranteed quality, quantity and cost.
