The primary goal is to maximize revenue, drive profitability, and ensure operational efficiency by improving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Rev PAR, ADR, and occupancy rates while tailoring approaches for MEA region.<br>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive revenue management strategies across multiple hotels in MEA, considering each property’s unique positioning. Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and competitor strategies to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies accordingly. Oversee the inventory management across all distribution channels to ensure optimal balance between direct bookings and third-party platforms as well as manage and oversee strategy for all 3rd party distribution Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting Set and adjust pricing across different markets and segments to drive revenue and profitability. Provide detailed revenue forecasting reports for each property and for the cluster as a whole. Use data-driven insights to report on trends and make adjustments to strategies. Create and maintain a rolling demand calendar Ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional Regularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc…) points Conduct quarterly property performance reviews and develop strategic and tactical action Prepare an outline for and support the annual revenue budget process Evaluate the performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate, consortia, crew, groups, etc…) Maintain a rolling demand calendar reflecting peak periods, holidays (e.g., Ramadan, local festivities), and major events in MEA. Ensure that websites and booking processes for MEA hotels are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations and guest expectations (including language, currency, and region-specific promotions Work closely with the sales, marketing, reservations, and finance departments of each hotel to ensure a cohesive revenue management strategy. Facilitate regular communication across properties to align on goals and strategies. Build relationships with local tourism boards, industry associations, and commercial partners to identify new revenue opportunities Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective marketing campaigns tailored to local and international markets, enhancing direct bookings and promoting upsell opportunities. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.<br>JOB REQUIREMENTS :Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel revenue management, with prior multi-property management experience highly preferred. Strong analytical skills with an advanced understanding of hotel revenue management processes and strategies. A strong command of both written and spoken English is required. Proficiency in Arabic language skills is Mandatory. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with sensitivity to cross cultural business contexts. Proficiency in hotel revenue management systems and tools, and strong command of Excel and data analysis tools. Ability to work across MEA time zones and travel as required. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Resolve commercial, supply, and operational issues promptly to maintain strong service levels and customer satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact between the account and internal Al Rabie functions including supply chain, finance, and marketing.4. In-Store Execution & Operations:Ensure best-in-class in-store execution across assigned accounts, including planogram compliance, shelf availability, secondary displays, and pricing accuracy. Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution quality, competitor activity, and identify opportunities to strengthen Al Rabie’s presence. Collaborate with the field sales and merchandising teams to translate account agreements into flawless store-level execution. Monitor and proactively reduce out-of-stocks, returns, and near-expiry stock at store level.<br>5. Promotions & Category Development:Plan and execute promotional programs and seasonal activations (Ramadan, summer, back-to-school) tailored to each account’s shopper base. Partner with trade marketing to secure premium in-store visibility, gondola ends, and branded displays that drive shopper conversion. Use category and shopper insights to build compelling, data-driven selling stories that strengthen Al Rabie’s position with buyers. Evaluate promotional effectiveness and refine future plans to maximize return on investment.6. Data, Analytics & Reporting Build and maintain account scorecards covering sell-in, sell-out, distribution, share, and promotional performance. Use retailer data and market intelligence to generate actionable insights and course-correct performance in real time. Track competitive activity across the juice and beverage category, identifying pricing gaps, distribution gaps, and promotional opportunities. The Construction Manager Fuel will be responsible for managing and overseeing all construction activities associated with aviation fuel infrastructure and fuel distribution systems within the airport development project. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated Service Desk Agent to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshoot IT-related issues, and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests while delivering an excellent customer support experience.<br>Responsibilities Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and application-related issues. Log, categorize, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests in accordance with established SLAs. Diagnose and troubleshoot common IT issues using remote support tools and standard troubleshooting procedures. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate Level 2 or specialized support teams. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and user interactions within the service management system. Communicate effectively with end-users by providing timely updates and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist with user account management, password resets, and basic system administration tasks. Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting recurring issues and solutions.<br>Requirements2–3 years of experience in an IT Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical Support role. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and common desktop applications. Basic understanding of networking concepts, Active Directory, and IT support best practices. Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Service Now, Jira Service Management, or similar ticketing systems is an advantage. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Business Partnering Act as a trusted business partner and coach to line management. Consult and support Line Managers across the business units. Focus on measuring the employee engagement of the business units and take actions necessary to improve it. Advise, coach and mentor management and HR team on people related issues. Act as change agent and facilitate transition. Reporting & Compliance Join Key Meetings by presenting weekly HR priorities. Prepare and report WBR reports. Manage outsourcing manpower vendors to meet the service standards and be cost effective. Create and review the Employee Policies to align with the Company policy and local laws & regulations. Organize team activities for Employee Engagement. Training & Development Conduct training needs analysis each year to prepare the L&D proposal and calendar. Ensure new employees are properly inducted into the business and given support to become productive as quickly as possible. Ensure training needs of key and high potential staff are identified and delivered. Ensure all key positions have identified successors. Track progress of HIPO employees and review their progress with line managers to go to assessment for next level. Prepare monthly presentations for Line Managers on people status (or regular basis).
