<h4>What you'll be doing</h4>
<p><strong>HR - Talent Acquisition Trainee.</strong></p>

<li>Work closely with the TA team to understand the job requirements</li>
<li>Attend briefing meetings with recruiters and hiring managers as and when required</li>
<li>Create engaging job adverts that attract applicants and share across all relevant job portals</li>
<li>Create longlists of matching candidates to review with the TA team</li>
<li>Screen and schedule interviews for relevant candidates</li>
<li>Share feedback and updates with active candidates and recruiters</li>

<li>Coordinates and oversees Testing & Subsea Data Acquisition Services (DAS) product service line (PSL) work at the well site, providing excellent customer relations at the worksite during well testing or other type operatons.</li>

Must posses execellent knowledge of Halliburton Management System (HMS) standards, work methods and processes. Must be capable of navigating/utilizing HMS, iLearn and Competency sites on HalWorld. <p>To prepare the detailed Production plan based upon available forecast/actual sales order requirements, to establish effective utilization of processing and packing machine assets, and to monitor the plan throughout its cycle communicating where necessary any changes to the respective departments</p><br><br>

<p> <strong>Key Responsibilities : </strong></p><br><br>

<li>Provide practical plan for daily and weekly planning meetings which meet as many requirements as possible.</li>
<li>Target 100% optimization of processing /packing machines</li>
<li>Avoid non-conformance and concessions by ensuring every processing /packing plan adhering to the norms and standard outlined by standard operating procedures</li>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in any field.</li>
<li>High level of competency within an ERP environment</li>
